Close to the strip

It was clean. My only complaint is they don't leave extra sheets or pillow to use on the sleeper bed.

Horrible

Here the problem I had with the hotel. There is no shuttle and My bed had hair and sheets were not clean. They dont bring in new towels nor do they clean your room. The tub was dirty too

It appears to be nice but boy was I wrong!

The room was too small for a suite! I made the reservation for 6 it was too crowded!! Furniture was arranged in a way that if you shut the door it could trap people in the room incase of a fire. The room came with kitchen but no utensils! No ice bucket or glasses! They advertise smoke free facilty but yet our room strongly smelled like Cigarrette!!! Worst if all in the morning in my children's bed I found Bed Bugs!!!!!!!! Sooo disgusted and disappointed!!!

We have a variety of suite types to meet our guests needs on space and price point. Had we known we would have gladly moved you to a larger suite so you could be more comfortable and enjoy your stay more. It seems our staff member did not inform you of our dishware upon request program for our guests. We are sorry and we will be more consistent with your communication during the check in process. Our staff is trained to identify, and are proactive to check our suites on a regular basis for any bug activity. When made aware, we always take the suite out of order, and have our pest control company make a visit to be sure our hotel is pest free. Thank you for alerting us to the issues with your stay so we can improve prior to your next visit. Thank you, General Manager

Very disappointed and was told its expedia's description of the hotel to sell it.Staff tried but had very little to work with,in comparison of what is told.Brealfast a waste of time.

You have to ask for cutlery, glasses, caldero, etc. no coffee maker machine. Housekeeping service is weekly

Close and family friendly

Pros: Secure Clean Close to the strip without being too close with our older teenagers
Cons: Very annoying that we had to keep coming down to get items to use in the kitchen. Then when we went to wash dishes, there was no plug...
Good place. felt safe with older teens/family. close to the strip without being too close.

Overpriced hotel for the location and condition!

Pros: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. I was very disappointed and felt I overpaid too much money to stay at this place.
Cons: Everything needs to be improved especially for the price they asked for per night.
Location: The strip is not far away the only plus side to this is the shopping mall right around the corner.
When we first checked in the room that was given to us was not clean. I went back to let the front desk know this and the person told me that a homeless person probably went in after the room was cleaned. Not a very comforting explainaton to hear. The hotel smelled like staled cigar and old unclean carpet smell. The rooms looked very rundown as did the faculity. You had to asked for coffee pot, dishes and the fridge smelled pretty awful.
