Some bad smell in the room nor vented. Cooktop produced some smoke when I used

Smell

Location: Near the strip and restaurants and freeways
It would have been good if the room smells fine. The room smells like someone has fried food using old cooking oil. The smell sticked to the walls and carpet that even if we kept the door open we can still smell it. I would suggest that everytime the room is vacated by the guest you should put or spray an air freshener to remove or mask the odor from cooking the food.

2 grown men one bed???

Pros: When we left for another hotel. What a night after a flight.
Cons: Booked 2 beds was given one. Won't be back. Not the sleep I had intended.

Check in was reasonably quick. The room was good sized and clean and fairly quiet. I liked that they were fairly close to a 7-11 across the street.

A great extended business trip.

Location: About 1.5 milles to the convention center. Maybe 2.5 miles to the strip. Wynn & Encore are the closest. Their are a few restaurants with-in walking
Everyone coming to Las Vegas has different expectations or needs. For me this was a five night business trip with no need for a pool, gym, or room service. No dinning experience like the casinos. They offered a light coffee and snacks for breakfast with oatmeal to take back to your room. The rooms have a good size refrigerator with freezer. You can go to the local grocery store to buy what ever you like. Two burner stove and microwave oven. One morning there was a Vons truck making a delivery so that is an option. Being with other business people I didn't eat in once. Used the microwave oven for oatmeal and pop-corn. Used the fridge for cold water and Craft Beers from one of the local breweries (Tenaya Creek).

Clean Property

Clean property, clean room. Lobby and hallways need some TLC. Would stay here again when in the area.

You get what you pay for

People should know that this type of hotel offers little service of any kind. We were mistaken to believe that our rooms would be cleaned everyday. We did not know that cleaning is only done after checking out.

We will speak to our front desk staff and make sure they explain them at the front desk. As for the housekeeping, we do not clean the rooms unless you are here for more than eight nights . Once again we apologize if this inconvenienced you in any way. We do hope that you will give our hotel the opportunity to change the impression
