We liked that it was convenient to the strip. We did not like how small the eating area was way to crowded. House keeping dosent change sheets or clean room if your there more than one day. They did not disclose this to me. The hotel room inside was descent it needs to remodel bathrooms.

the lady at the front desk was the best! she was super friendly and easy to talk too, overall the stay was very nice although i have 1 gripe, the cleaning lady tried to kick us out at 11AM when the checkout time clearly stated 12AM on the reservation and on the welcome note on the nightstand, other than that slight inconvenience the stay was very nice.

Awful property. Told me they were out of rooms and to look somewhere else. Said they already credited my money back when they told me to leave, then told Expedia I cancelled my stay and they would not refund my money. Ty Expedia for taking care of everything. 0/10 recommend getting involved in whatever scam they are running at that hotel.

About a 7 minutes drive from Harry Reid so it’s convenient and the prices are fair for the quality. The complimentary breakfast was also well done. All food was of good quality, well maintained, and a decent selection to choose from. Staff was kind and hospitable.

The hotel was clean but the staff were uninviting, pushy, and didn’t offer any guidance or help when our vehicle was broken into while staying. They have no surveillance cameras outside on their property which, being a hotel in an area with frequent issues with theft and vandalism, you’d think would be a priority for the safety of their guests. When I asked about finding any potential footage, they were very short and said they had nothing and wouldn’t talk about it further. We waited in the lobby for more than 3 hours and weren’t spoken to once. The pushiness came from the people who were working the breakfast shift. I was pulling my son’s waffle off the maker and the woman can over and closed the waffle maker and flipped it back over telling me I had to wait for the timer to be done. The man who was working was harassing my daughter about her waffle timer going off when it wasn’t hers. Badgering her to come get it off the maker. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. We stay at Marriott’s often while traveling and have NEVER been treated the way we were here.

The service we received from the hotel (especially the reception) was very good. Checking out was good too. The only reason I'm giving them 4stars is that the pool was very dirty. I've never seen a dirtier pool in my life. My kids wanted to swim but when we saw the state of the pool, we changed our minds.

Very upset with check in! I called and let the hotel we would be getting in at 1 -1:30 AM. We booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed! Upon arrival…..we were exhausted and ready for bed. I saw the check out was for noon. When I asked the man about it, he said it was 11:00. That was frustrating to me because we got to the hotel so late! Then when he gave me the key to the room, there was only one king bed. I told him I needed the sofa bed also’! He said the hotel was OVERBOOKED! I was so angry! After arguing with him for 15 minutes, he finally gave me someone else's room and said I hope they don’t show up! It was a horrible situation and experience!!!

The parking fee is not adequately disclosed. It's in fine print at the bottom of the parking pass. The counter agent simply asked if we needed a parking pass but didn't say anything about the fee.
