Bad experience, no staff in the front desk, air conditioner make a laud noise terrible noise , I do the reservation true Expedia, but at the hotel check in I paid extra fees services, also We get there 1 hour early they charge us 16$ extra per that our, I don't get any credit to check out early , policy works just for them favor , housekeeping personal they're so nice .rooms look s nice in the pictures but not nice room s , up to you guys but noop.

Pros: The staff was excellent, from the happy and genuinely caring receptionist at the registration desk to the security and the cleaning staff.
Cons: Update the rooms, the locks, and the air handling. I could smell cigarette smoke from the casino in my room on the fourth floor.
Not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but definitely not what I expected based on the pictures on Expedia.

It was jardín to find the hotel entrance from the outside. We were lost and had to drive around twice looking for it then asked someone from security to direct us.
