Definitely a good starting hotel

Posted Feb 5, 2016
A good starting hotel for a first time in Vegas. A very clean hotel for sure. The only thinget that would have been nice is if we had our own complimentary coffee pot in the room and also, more of a complimentary breakfast, like buffet style because the charges go up pretty quick.

Pros: Convenient as my course was in the hotel.
Cons: Improved lighting especially in the bathroom and a coffee pot in the room would be nice.
Location: Nice central location. Close to High Roller and many shops & restaurants near by.
The room was nice size but, bathroom was very small and in need of upgrading. Lighting in bathroom and whole room very inadequate. main light fixture in the entry did not even have a bulb in it. Bed was very comfortable and definitely the best feature in the room.

The Flamingo is in a nice central location, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the people that work in that casino and hotel always seem to have great attitudes. We always enjoy playing and staying here.

Check your Credit Card for Extra Chages.

Still disputing charges on my credit cards! Charged 5 times for staying 1 night. Treated terrible by hotel staff while on vacation. Stay anywhere but Flamingo, I believe owned by Ceasers. Complained to Ceasers business office, Never a call back. NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE! Not sure I trust going to Vegas! All about taking your money.

Nice hotel in center of strip

Posted Feb 4, 2016
Pros: The Flamingo was priced just right for this time of the season. Its in the center of the strip so its close to most of the other casinos.
Cons: The elevators are definately in need of repairs and updates. Need to move the share time people away from the elevators, they were a definate downer.
Location: Its in the center of the strip, lots of casinos and shopping nearby. Loved the availability of the shows.
This trip was a delayed 25th weddting anniversary trip. This was our first time to Las Vegas and we will definately consider returning in the future.

Nice location, less than expected.

Posted Feb 4, 2016
Everything was excellent. Except the room. Small room no fridge windows were filthy. Large gap under the joined door with the room next door which let in every decibel of the Asian couple going to pound town and trying to open the door in between the rooms at 5am. Overall good venue but the rooms could use a little work. I'd stay there again it's cheap and its Vegas. Expect the unexpected :).

Hotel is in a good location central to everything on the strip. Definitely a little ran down and outdated. But overall not a bad place if you're not spending too much time in the room.
