True oasis in Vegas

I felt like I was in remote island vacation away from smoke and noise of casino, yet everything is close if you want to do Vegas things. (If you get off the elevator at C level, you are in the casino! The Four Seasons is inside of another hotel/casino that is accessible by private elevators.) Premium Outlet is only 8 min away and Whole Foods is close by if you miss your usual healthy foods. My only complaint is that the room I stayed at had very small shower space. I am small, but I felt it was still too small.

What a Jewel in the desert.

Pros: Everything. The pool area was private and had a private entrance. The rooms were spotless with ice placed in the ice bucket as a courtesy every day.
Cons: I can't think of anything that needs to be improved upon.
Made a reservation for a mountain view but got the best Las Vegas Strip view instead. I was met by a gentleman named Carlos. Whatever they are paying him, it isn't enough. Met me when I came and saw me off at the end of my stay. Made me feel welcome and special. Will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Exceptional service at check-in and throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel as a luxury escape from the fast pace of Vegas.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. I loved the peace and quiet. It's close to the action of the strip, yet you feel like you're miles away. The staff is also first rate.

Beautiful for Vegas but not four seasons worthy

We have stayed at the four seasons for several special occasions and this is the first time we received no acknowledgement from the hotel wishing us well for our special occasion (this time was for our anniversary). No flower petals in the tub no happy anniversary written on a note or on a plate. Nothing. The hotel itself is beautiful and it is away from the craziness of the strip which is nice. The staff were very nice but seems like they were annoyed if we didn't order more drinks or food especially by the pool. Not sure we would stay here again, but it is beautiful and close enough to the strip but feels very separate when you want a break.

Great family friendly hotel

We travelled with a 16 month old and the staff could not have been more helpful. The pool was ideal & the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Fantastic views from the 36th floor.

Amazing hotel ! nice and comfortable stay

It is in the end of the strip so if you want to go to the center you need transportation . If you want to use the hotel's limo you may need to wait for hours. We could not use it

great place to relax in Vegas

Pros: Poolside service was fantastic. Workout facility was great.
Cons: Complimentary coffee should be in the lobby available earlier in the morning.
This was our 5th trip to Vegas and it was a change of pace to be at a non casino hotel. Nice that you have access to Mandalay Bay if you want the casino/party pools experience but much preferred the wonderful pool and comfy chairs at the Four Seasons.

The hotel was impeccable.

Pros: This is an absolute hotel without the casino...Mandalay Bay is connected otherwise. Quiet and free of people smoking.
Cons: More choices of restaurants perhaps
Location: Not a casino hotel. Mandalay bay is connected , take the tram to either Luxor and Excalibur then walk down the strip to explore
Four season's was by all means exemplary. Front desk staff, Alex was excellent and made us feel at home . It was our 25th year wedding anniversary and he made it a point to upgrade our room to a much more inviting strip view of the city. He even offered the presidential suite for half price of $1500 but, we gladly turned it down. Might have been a different story though if we had our lovely boys with us. A very lovely cake and a welcoming letter from the front desk welcomed us on the day of our anniversary. Soo sweet and very personal approach. I will definitely come back again.
