Quiet getaway

Hotel staff were exceptional and service was superb. We loved escaping to our quiet getaway after a night out on the town.

Luxury in the Desert

Pros: Beds are super comfortable and there are comfortable sheets and pillows. Everywhere is clean and fresh and the rooms are no different.
Cons: I would prefer two sinks in the bathroom. Other than that, the room was great.
Location: It's Vegas baby!
We always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We love the extra little touches they do for you even if it's as simple as giving you a water or spraying a little mist on you by the pool.

Phenomenal service, 5 star in every way!

The rooms were large and comfortable. The concierge Lawrence was amazingly helpful in choosing restaurants, shows, and even getting us on some VIP lists at nightclubs. Such a nice, professional guy. The service at the pool was excellent too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This hotel is top notch. A true home away from home. The accommodations are best in class. The customer service is the best you can find. Hotel is perfect for business travelers and family get-aways. The restaurants are excellent and the in room dining is delicious. My favorite part about the hotel is that the valet/bellmen made a point to remember my name and greeted me every time they saw me during my trip. You don't get that anywhere else. This place is special. Excellent hotel without all the casino chaos. I will only stay here from here on out. Can wait to bring my family next time.

Wonderful staff. Highly personalized experience. I was in Las Vegas for business and felt completely removed from the noise and chaos of Las Vegas. Very clean, no hint of smoking.

extremely disappointed in the four seasons.

I've stayed at the four seasons it in different parts of the world. It's always been a lovely experience. This one was not. Not only is it truly the Mandalay Bay with just the top 6 floors calling it the four seasons. But we stayed at the bellaggio the week before. Hands-down the bellaggio was 10 times better than the four seasons.The hotel staff at the pool were very nice. Thank goodness for that that's the only good thing I could say. The airspace over the pool is helicopters and airplanes all day long. Then they put us in a room where were staring at a roof. It was horrible. Can't believe they would say that's five star it's a joke !

An awesome stay @Four Seasons Vegas

Pros: The decor ,the view ,food and drinks and staff.
Cons: Keep doing what you're doing
Location: On the strip, with complimentary car service and the transit service or taxi if needed allows you to experience any .attraction
My check in upgrade and complimentary favorite cocktail were a plus. The staff was very courteous and friendly!

Peace and quiet on the Vegas Strip

This hotel offered peace and quiet while still on the Vegas Strip. It was convenient to the airport and shopping. The restaurants were very nice and offered a break from the crowded restaurants in town. Overall, a great hotel to enjoy Vegas and still get away from it all.

Far from the maddening crowd...

Pros: Room design was incredible.
Cons: A larger breakfast room would be nice... we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Food was amazing though.
Location: Part of Mandalay Bay, so you could enjoy that hotel's perks too.
This felt like a boutique hotel rather than a splashy massive Vegas complex. Loved the service. Loved the rooms. Loved the less-crowded lines to check in. All 'round awesome.
