Rooms are very outdated TV did not work half the time was expecting a little better hospitality. Very noisy could go on.

This property has gone down hill. Homeless people in and around the casino, crowded and unclean. Our first room was over the air conditioning unit for the hotel and loud. We had to ask for a new room. It was dirty. Ketchup on the counters and spill marks from a brown colored liquid on the bathroom and near the closet doors. Guests were loud and slamming doors. We “upgraded “ which is just getting a fridge and a coffee maker. Give me a break. The room should come with that as a standard room. So disappointing, used to love the Nugg not anymore.

In the heart of Fremont street. Lots to do. Staff was very friendly. Lots of options in the casino.

The staff made it seem like an upgrade for a small fee would be better, it wasn’t. Room was falling apart, missing handles on cabinets, light bulbs out. Messy paint, dirty feel all over. Bath tub/ shower felt gross. No window treatments, blinding sun, extremely loud right above stage on Fremont. Would have preferred to have kept original room, will be booking elsewherenext time

No maid service if staying less than 4 nights - requested extra towels via text message (as requested) but towels never received. Room was very dimly lit. Room had only 1 very very small trashcan located in bathroom- no trashcan in the room itself. Extreme smell of marijuana in hallways. Had to upgrade and pay extra to get a room with a small refrigerator

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the wellness check. As to be expected in the downtown area, felt a little unsafe, with the amount of homelessness in the area. Make sure to stay on the main street, and not walk or venture out of the area.

Paid for early check in but didn’t work out that way room was no ready on arrival. The rooms was dirty where I write my name in dust on the furniture and when I brought this to attention of staff they were extremely rude and sarcastic . Asked for a card with general managers information so I could send letter/email and information would not be given to me stating that the GM does not handle guest issues - really!11

My only complaint is the smoke from cigarettes in casino. Why can't vaping be the only option if you must smoke. Unbearable if you don't smoke. I wanted to sit and play slots could not do it. Property and room was very nice.

The room was so far from the elevator, it didn’t have a microwave or a fridge. The iron was broken, the TV didn’t work for two days out of four that we stayed, the carpet was so filthy throughout. I paid over $600 a few months in advance, then I get there at check in and was charged an additional $199 for resort fees and a $50 deposit which I never got back. NEVER again!! Totally trash!

Nice facility, recently renovated and very clean. Walking distance to a lot of the downtown attractions. The help was very responsive to any issue that did arise.

Excellent service, incredible place with a beatiful pool with a tank full of sharks, I went with my puppy and every staff member was really welcoming with my dog. Any body who has a dog and needs a pet friendly hotel I would suggest this one.
