Comfortable.....great location

Timeshare property also rented suites to public. Comfortable, great for families. Have stayed several times and frigs need to be replaced....all have been on last legs...clunk clunk. Our last suite the tub drained leaked. Property needs maintenence. Otherwise wonderful. Good location away from strip. Near South Point Casino. Would return.

Nice away from the strip rooms.

Pros: Size and quiet
Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Guest and staff are very courteous although they did try to get me to go to sales meeting but I cancelled.

No complaints

No complaints about the Grandview. Its like you own apartment with everything you would need. Everything was very clean and well kept. Close enough to the strip but far enough away for relaxation. The check in process and front desk areas was a little confusing, not even really worth mentioning really but it was the only thing I could think of that was like a 90 instead of 100%. Could have been just because it was busy. I would definitely stay there again, especially if I get a really good deal again on Expedia!

I love it because it's away from all the congestion of the strip but close enough to get there by street.

Time share style hotel

Cons: Maintenance of toilet and sink water feed line. Both leaked.
Location: Nothing other than the Southpoint Hotel is nearby.
This is not a typical hotel. It is a time share style large hotel with 2200 rooms. No daily maid service, no restaurant on premises, full kitchen, big tub and shower, living room. I liked the size of the rental but walking across the street for every meal grew tiresome. The hotel is WAY south of the strip (about 7 miles) and if you wanted to cook, I would not be able to tell you where the closest grocery store is. Other than a few minor repair issues, my stay was pleasant and the price was right when all the other places closer were priced very high because of several trade shows in town.

Nice resort, little far from the strip

I would stay there again, but it's a far cab ride and the shuttle could be improved. The hotel was clean for the most part, hvac system was goofy and rooms were stuffy at night. But for the money and the size of the accommodations it was good

Great location, super spacious and friendly staff. Shower had mildew on tiles and furniture was a bit beat up in the living room. Sheets were worn and safe did not work and could not open. Once i asked for the shower to be cleaned it was very clean upon my return to the room (I took a bath instead before I left for the day). Location is great for families with kids, walking to Southpoint for movies and restaurants. Stay in the Sage building of you want to be close to every ting. It was a large campus for my taste.

Fully equiped and calm

Pros: Very calm and not that far from downtown
It was not easy find a place to stay during CES period in Las Vegas. Found this place and I liked it.

far enough from the hectic action of the strip to put you in a relaxed setting but close enough to be there within 10 min. Very nice spacious rooms.
