I really like the suite format of the rooms.

Pros: Room layout.
Cons: Front desk staff was not as friendly as one would expect form this type of property. Maybe they were just having a bad day???
Location: Close to the anything you want to do in Las Vegas!
Great visit. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grandview!

My stay was great after the air condition was fixed. My reservation was for a smoking room, but upon check-in I was told that they were all out of smoking rooms and all they could do was try and find me a room on the first floor so that getting outside to smoke would be easier. Well they were able to manage the first floor room, but in the early am hours I was awaken due to the heat because the air in that room was not working properly. After calling the front desk and then having to make a personal trip up there because nobody returned my called or came to repair the air by a certain time as stated they would by the front desk clerk, the maintenance men finally arrived and after two hours of repair work got the air condition repaired.

Nice place to stay in Las Vegas

Pros: It is located in a convenient location, and the rooms are livable and nice.
Cons: We have stayed here several times, and the last few the floors are so dirty (it's like they are not cleaned) you can not walk with bare feet.
Location: Located on Las Vegas Blvd (which is the strip road) just about 10 minutes south of where the "strip" begins.
The Grand view is a nice get away from the Vegas energy. It is quite, the pools are very nice and the condos are comfortable. It is still close to the strip and the other attractions.

My stay was Grand and I had an awesome View.

Pros: I liked that it was clean and had all the of the comforts of home. I was able to really vacation. It is an awesome place to stay.
Cons: The parking! Other than that, there is nothing I can think of.
Location: Location is great. South Point is next door and the Las Vegas strip is not very far away. The mall is on the way to the strip. Down Las Vegas Blvd,
I would recommend this hotel to everyone. First of all it is family oriented. There is enough space for everyone. I loved my suite. I had all of the comforts of home. I chose Grandview because, I like to cook my own meals. I was able to pack up my favorite organic foods and bring them with me. I really don't like to eat out. I was able to walk right into the kitchen and make my coffee in the morning. The bathroom has a huge bathtub to relax in. I also like the fact that, I was close to the casinos, but not in one. The view from our window was amazing. I was fortunate enough to get a room where I could look down and see the whole pool area. Guess what? I am currently making plans to go back again.

Ok hotel

Parking in this place sucks big time. Shower that another issue . It Had no shower guard to keep water from running all the way to ur bed and all over the bathroom.

Our suite was beautiful.

I booked a suite for two nights and it was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was great, our room was amazing and so spacious. So much better than what we expected. The pool was amazing and we had so much fun. There is one thing that nearly riuined our stay. After chrcking in, I was leaving the property and was stopped, waiting for one of the resorts automobiles that was in front of me to park, when another maintenance cars backed up in to my car and wrecked my front left fender. I'm still waiting to see if the resort is going to take care of me, like they said.

Pros: It is very good
Cons: Some of he furniture is getting old
Location: It is off the strip, however South pointe casino is next door. Also a family restaurant the boulevard is right across the street, the food is great.
Grandview is great. Expedia reserved the rental car at the wrong location, I wanted it at the rental car center, they reserved it on the strip. Dollar would not honor the price at the car rental center even though I had a confirmed reservation. They wanted almost double the price, it was a big inconvenience.

Location: One nice casino across the way.. Nice getaway
Staff was helpful and not pushy regarding sale of resort.
