We were suppose to get a room close to the casino cause i cant walk that far. They gave the close room away even though i called 4 times to verify my room was close Very dissappointed with staff and supervisor for their non caring attitude.

Stayed here for a quick getaway trip. Loved the amenities and the pool area. Everything felt clean and convenient. I enjoyed the dining option as well. Wish we could’ve stayed longer

First off the customer service Was exceptional. The architectural design of this hotel resort casino make you feel like you’re in a Mediterranean palace. The landscaping with the Grapevine vineyard and Rose bushes everywhere was stunning. You were never disappointed with any of the food served you from any of the restaurants. We absolutely love this place and will return again and again.

This PROPERTY has it all without the normal Vegas scenes beautiful grounds, amazing restaurants great gambling and the pool is awesome and much better pricing than the strip

Our stay started out "below average" as we were checked into a room that was dirty, smelled, and had worn carpet and furniture. My husband complained to the front desk and they did not seem to care, but DID move us to a new room. At least it did not smell, but still had worn carpets and furniture. We did love all the restaurants, ease of parking, and quietness of the property. If the property updates the furnishings and carpets throughout, it could be an AMAZING property!

The valet staff broke my key fob for my car and didn't say anything about it. The valet out the keys in the cup holder without saying part of it was missing. I didit noticed it until I was half way home and made a stop.

We were truly impressed by the staff at Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa. Their courteous professional and dedication was obvious at every encounter. This means a great deal. Our room had multiple issues but as we were there for a wedding spa weekend, we did not care to make a big fuss. However, we can see other visitors staying in that room where the makeup mirror didn't work (I ended up putting on 'my face' using our rental car mirror), the bathroom sink stopper was broken (we had to take turns prying it open with a nail filer to drain the used water every single time) and the bathtub couldn't be used because scalding hot water came out of both faucets (I singed one hand...ouch!) Also, the shower drain dripped no matter what we did. There was a ton of noise...sounded like construction at times. Overall, it was the thoughtful staff and the fact we were there for a wedding weekend that kept us from switching hotels. So...this is more of a good review than a bad one. It truly is a beautiful resort and being older is most likely part of the reason for some issues.

Nice resort, room had a few issues including two burned out lightbulbs which goes to attention to detail. Loved the vineyard by the pool. Biggest put off is the large resort fee places like Green Valley ding you with on arrival. If it’s mandatory, add it to the room rate to begin with.

Front desk was terrible to deal with at check in. Then our TV didn’t work. Asked to switch rooms. Said they couldn’t do that but would send maintenance up later. Room needed a face lift. Looked aged.

Room floor was dirty around bed, you could tell what portions are vacuumed regularly and which pieces never saw a vacuum. No hot water in sink, and while shower had hot water, the pipes in the wall vibrated and rattled when showering. Advised front desk and they just said thanks for advising us.

It was our first time there. We hadn’t planned to be there long as we were catching an early flight the next morning. We checked in and were told to call for our bags when in our room so, we headed to the casino then to dinner. When we arrived to our room, to our great surprise we were upgraded to an amazing suite. We wished we could’ve spent more time there and do plan to go back. Our experience with the staff we interacted with were all very positive. Looking forward to going back!

On arrival I had no hot water and the furniture in the room was old and outdated Noise in the hallway was inexcusable. Very different experience from the visit I had in 2021.

Very very clean and very, very polite to their guest. I will recommend anybody that wants to go to Vegas needs to stay at the Green Valley Ranch resort the best hotel I stood at so far in Vegas. Overall great stay. Perfect if you don’t want to deal with the strip crowds and traffic. Room was big, restaurant and theater in the resort. Definitely will be staying again, looking forward to it

Our beadspreads and bathroom counter wasn't clean when we first entered our room. And we were shorted towels. I complained to the management via their Facebook page. The problems were fixed by our second day. But first impressions were not good. The map they give you for how to navigate the facility is worthless. The rest of the facility was clean.
