Ok hotel not too close to the strip

Great hotel great staff very friendly Our suite was very big and comfortable the only thing I didn't like was the fact that they mention full breakfast buffet but once your there its not true its continental Very unbelievable but oh well besides that you have to share the hotel pool with the holiday inn next to it very not kool at all

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Cleanliness and Comfortable. The fitness room is small but sufficient
Cons: Maybe it was just my room, but allow the room temperature be adjusted below 68
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area
Great Hotel. Cleaning and Front Desk Staffs were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again

Outdated

Although the lobby has been updated, our room on the third floor is very outdate. It was a smoking room (although we requested non-smoking) and has cigarette burns in the sofa. The carpet is falling apart and I wouldn't walk on it without shoes or socks on at all times. And...it smelled like a dirty, old ashtray was shoved up my nose. The air conditioning unit was either on or off. That meant the room was either hot, or freezing; never a happy medium. It sounded like we had a jet engine taking off in our room when it kicked on, which was especially exciting in the middle of the night.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay at our property. A lot of times what happens when we are busy, the only rooms available are our smoking rooms and is noted on the room type at the time of booking. As we do our best to accommodate all request, they are not guaranteed. I do agree that our rooms are outdated, starting later this year we will start doing some renovations in ours rooms starting with the smoking rooms and we will be moving forward as a non smoking property. I hope you stay with us again in the future, and as always please report any issues in your room as soon as possible so we can have maintenance fix the issue. Thank you and have a great day.

Worst experience ever

Just a crap show from the very beginning. Description of location false 30min from strip. Elevator broken, break fast not Stocked, rude staff, room reeked of smoke, not willing to work with you on late check out , so make sure nothing expected happens.

When it comes to traveling to a certain location, I always recommend asking our front desk staff. We would be able to give you the best route possible and try to avoid traffic or any road closures that may delay your travel. If you are ever in Henderson area again and choose to stay with us please keep in mind that we do offer late check outs but they are based on availability. Have a great day.

elevator needs work

The hotel is nice, comfortable beds and clean, but the elevators were hot and rickity felt like it was going to break down, otherwise everything else was great

The first room we were first given had an air conditioner that wasn't working well and was making a loud noice when it cycled off. The management first sent someone to fix it, but when we expressed concern they moved us to a suite at no extra charge. Excellent service. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Location is great.

Quiet, Upscale area...friendly staff

Location: upscale neighborhood...lots of shopping and a casino close by. Not congested like the Vegas strip.
Overall...an excellent stay, and excellent staff. Loved the cookies, breakfast, and the business center allow us to print our boarding passes for our next day flight.
