It was perfect for my 7 days in Henderson NV. The staff was very professional, informative and aided this out-of-State wanderer. Well done!

Quiet and relaxing

Pros: Good location
Location: Plenty of places to eat and a large casino 100 yards away with restaurants, bowling alley etc.
Very comfortable beds, lovely spacious room. When we stayed, the hotel was fairly busy but still nice and quiet.

Clean and quiet

Loved the staff. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. If I had to nit pick, I didn't care for the soap and water pressure was low, but that is literally all I could complain about. Would stay here again in a minute.

Didn't book a smoking room and was put into a smoking room. Hotel could not change room and was stuck for the night. Effing ridiculous. Never using Expedia/hotels.com or staying here again.

Lovely room, great staff!

So we got there an hour early before 3pm check in and wasn't sure if they were going to let us check in. We were so tired from driving over night! Once we got there we were welcomed and luckily we were able to check in. The room we were originally getting was dirty but she could tell that we were tired and said there was another room ready but there was only a few differences (bath tub instead of shower, non handicapped accessible

Pros: location was great
Cons: room color choices could be updated
Location: within walking distance to restaurants, shopping a short ride away
Room small (1 King size bed), staff very pleasant, clean rooms however being on first floor found 2 moths and 2 spiders. Was unable to locate entrance

Our visit to Las Vegas was as very nice. Are stay at the Hampton was very pleasant.. The staff was every nice.
