Freeway nearby, extremely noisy at night, door to room smaller than metal casing, allowing hallway light into room at night. For our given room, noisy water continuously ran in former ice room next to ours. Asked night clerk to come check out my complaint, but he couldn’t leave the desk. Said he would make a note to the manager.

Do not stay in room 348. I never complain about noise but the sound from the expressway was ridiculous! It was like the window was open. Other things were good.

Great Stay. Clean, comfy bed, large room. Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

This place is great. I stayed with my elderly dog and I don’t have anything negative to report. The breakfast is good and the place is really clean. The only thing which I actually thought was funny is they have a beautiful grass area with a sign saying no dogs allowed but you have to walk across the grass to the poop bags and trash can.

I was skeptical about staying here since I’ve never stayed in this area! But let me tell you I would stay here 1000 times again . Very clean , ALL staff are extremely friendly and most important I felt safe.

Hotel is good, but the breakfast have very little for me. Too much sausage and biscuits and I know it's convenient for the hotel but it's not conducive to me.

The hotel overall is amazing nice clean however the front office staff at check in was very rude, unfriendly when she gave me the room key she just slammed the key on the front desk didn't give me any direction I had no clue where the elevator was what room I was in I had to open the keyholder to find my room number totally unacceptable I've stayed in plenty of hotels and the front office staff were very friendly.

Our room was not cleaned after we told them at check in we wanted it cleaned and towels refreshed. There was no bold dark coffee at all the entire trip. Just light and decaf when we asked they didn’t know anything about it.

Stayed here twice and I love it the staff so friendly the rooms so clean I literally purchased the Zero shampoo and conditioner that they have here in the room for him it smells amazing and works wonders on my hair. Breakfast is so good as well love staying here

Nice rooms. Clean, updated, spacious. Property was well kept. Staff was friendly. However, really strong odor of weed in the hall and could even smell it in the bathroom and front of room near door. Was supposed to be smoke free property.

We must have been in a wheelchair-friendly room, as the shower had no lip separating it from the rest of the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, it also did not have an adequate slope toward the drain. The bathroom quickly flooded, so I had to mop up the floor before my husband waded in for his turn in the shower. A warning to watch the angle of the water stream and an impromptu dam of every towel but the one he needed to dry off prevented a second flood event. Otherwise, the room was convenient, clean (especially the bathroom floor!) and comfortable.
