Excellent property close to airport. Clean room, bed and great breakfast. Staff was very helpful providing info during checkin. AirPort shuttle drop off was on time which was a great advantage. Was little noisy because of hotel is next to airport but we could sleep well. Overall great place to stay for overnight to stay close to airport

Front desk staff (1 person) did not attempt to be helpful. AC in room not working, he said "it takes a while" we were there for more then 3 hours. Also never made eye contact. Another staff member stepped up and said they would get maintenence. Maintenence was extremely friendly and professional and was able to fix the broken AC

The Inn was very convenient to the airport and a conference I was attending. I found the staff and shuttle drivers to be excellent- very accommodating and helpful. My room was clean and well appointed.

We use it for airport long-term parking and so stay the night before our travel and again at the end of our travel, depending on our flights. The rooms have been very good.

Property was easy to find and check in smooth. The front desk when we checked in was very helpful to answer questions that I had about the airport shuttle the next day. 1 of those was about the breakfast, since it started at 6 and I was taking the 6am shuttle for my flight. She said they would open and let me grab something to take with or eat quick. The next morning however the front desk did not offer that, the breakfast area was not open. There was another guest and family that was also taking the shuttle, that she did offer to them to go into the breakfast area and get something. I was standing right there! I was not offered the same courtesy. The van driver was pleasant and helpful, but the hotel van needs some serious repair. I purchased breakfast at an inflated price at the airport.

We got into our first room and unloaded alll of our stuff only to be overcome with a noxious smell. The room was filthy too. a white powder everywhere. zit had definitely not been cleaned wel They moved us to another room / no smell / but still felt dirty. Bathroom was not clean, hair and other debris on the floor. Towels were horrible. )Picture of towels. These were the washcloths - the towels were just as dingy. There was actually hair on one of them. .

The manager at Hampton Inn was very professional and helped me out. After a very long and hard day of traveling. Front desk Agent Bailey gave excellent customer service, with a very friendly smile. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Overall experience was good. Other than one shuttle driver at the end of the night.

1. Parking in Las Vegas is a big issue now. There is enough parking at the hotel so that is nice. 2. The included breakfast is a nice touch and acceptable to start the day 3. The compact gym is good. It would be perfect if it had a lat machine I will definitely go back as it is away from the strip.
