Buena ubicación, primer hotel en LV que entro y nu huele a cigarro 👏 habitaciones y pasillos limpios. Alrededor del hotel hay muchas tiendas, bares y restaurantes 🍺🎰🍲🍩 Lo único que no habia en el cuarto fueron botellas de agua y le falta variedad al desayuno incluido!

The Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Summerlin was a good option for what we needed. We needed to be close to Summerlin and wanted something affordable. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable enough. The morning breakfast was good -- typical for a Hampton Inn and plenty of breakfast for us. My only two complaints are: 1) The carpet in the hallways was dirty and in need of cleaning. 2) The walls are pretty thin. We could hear everything in the room next door and down the hallway. For the second night I bought ear plugs at the Target nearby and I was able to get much better sleep than the first night.

Please accept our apology. It is my understanding that our housekeeping department took corrective action to eliminate the odor when you reported it. We certainly would have changed your room if you had informed us the issue had not been resolved.

My only issue is that the room was advertised as 1 sofa bed 1 king bed. There was no sofa bed. Mis advertisement

I liked the breakfast being included and how the location was near the freeway. I wish our room had a large bath instead of the large shower but I assume that was because I didn’t pick the right room option. It was clean and felt taken care.

I never write reviews but the person who checked me in was great so I wanted to call that out! She was attentive and friendly. I like that the lobby area has a large sitting area with tables. The room I got is pretty spacious and comfortable.

I love the Hampton Inn at Las Vegas/Red Rock.
I went to Las Vegas to visit my son and his wife. Checking in at the Hampton Inn was very easy and I felt welcomed by Juanita. The hotel is centrally located for the activities I was going to do during my visit. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, I slept all night. I enjoyed the breakfast, everything tasted good and the dining area was very neat & clean. The lady working the dining area was very nice and friendly. My whole experience was great, that is why I always go back there.

The bathtub did not drain properly. The shampoo and soap were out in the shower. Air conditioner was noisy but when called they came and looked at it. The breakfast was good. Staff was great. Overall. Would stay there again.
