More of a hotel for conventions then a vacation.

Casino slots are tight and it was pretty much empty on the floor the whole time I was there. The rewards on players card might as well not exist. The beds were nice and gave a good nights sleep. The highlight of the stay was an amazing meal at culinary dropout. The wait staff completed a fantastic meal experience. Next time I will stay at planet Hollywood or the cosmopolitan.

Pros: The food, the atmosphere, the bathtub!!
Cons: Put an actual refrigerator in the room instead of just a minibar.
Location: Location was exactly what I thought it would be. Close to the strip, but not overwhelmingly busy. Area seemed safe.
I was skeptical about staying here, but my stay was fantastic. From the time I dropped my car off with the valet, until I checked out - it was wonderful! The employees are polite and helpful, the room was gorgeous, and all the restarants were delicious. I was only there for two days, but I'd move in if I could!

Highlight of hotel was the service

Pros: service was excellent
Cons: hotel needs to be refurbished.
Location: hotel is near airport and a short shuttle ride to strip (or short 1-mile walk). some shops nearby.
Best are part of this hotel was the staff. Good service at restaurants, bars and check-in. Food was good at Pink Taco as were drinks at bars. Pool looked very nice though closed. The hotel is starting to show it's age. Carpets are worn, walls need painting, furniture needs new upholstery. Time for an overhaul.

Cons: Newer bath towels would be greatly appreciated. The towels were clean but worn out.
The location of the hotel is very convenient and easy access. The overall interior design was very interesting. I spent so much time looking at all the guitars and memorabilias on the wall and the restaurants and shops were very nice. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Loud hotel close to nothing, not family friendly.

Pros: The room were big, so we had room to make a bed up on the floor, when a rollaway was denied.
I booked two rooms at the Hard Rock, was really disappointed with both rooms, one room had a broken TV, a light that flickered when on, that was really annoying. Dirty hand prints in the shower area, gross. The other room was not much better. The room was beat up, dirty, old, and noisy. MAJOR construction was going on right outside our window. We had to drive everywhere.

Hard Rock

We arrived at check in. Room not ready, had to wait, the desk put us in a different room to speed things up on a smoking floor even tho we said non smoking. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the Suite. I can see not in a room. But not a Suite. Bathroom was nice but shower had low pressure and didn't drain very well. Overall room looked good. The seal around the door had leaks so we had a constant whistle from the hallway. Hotel was walking distance from strip.

Rocking at the Hard Rock

The rock memorabilia is worth the trip to the Hard Rock. The rooms are comfortable and sport a great decor. The Hotel offers several bars and restaurants for different dining desires. The rooms service is accommodating and the staff is very friendly. I've stayed at many of the Hotel/Casino's on the strip and this was the best experience to date.

Nice hotel horrible guest and security

I checked into the hardrock the room was very loud the smell of marijuana flowed through the hall and into the rooms and security doesn't do anything about the people fighting in the hallways in the middle of the night so if you're planning on getting a good night's sleep don't check into the Hard Rock
