Nice hotel about 3.5 stars overall

Spa was awesome. Had a fantastic massage. Room was nice, but shower drained slow - I think it did not slope to the drain. Also there was a hole in the wall where some wires ran and they just covered it up with a plastic square.

Excellent service and stay. Loved it!!! Rooms are very comfortable. Great views. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Unfortunately due to the time of year the pools were still closed. I will be back.

They did not have my room as booked available. I made my reservation 2 months ago paid in full very disappointed. They wanted to down grade and we pay difference.

After a late flight and delay at rental car center, we were upgraded to a celebrity suite. Though we didn't get to fully enjoy bc of time, it was a kind gesture and made for a cool few hours of sleep and preparing for engagement photos.

Awesome room Awesome staff!

Clean rooms, great casino, staff was very polite and helpful. So many different restaurants to choose from and the food was great! Bartenders were very attentive as well as the waitresses on the casino floor. Overall great environment great entertainment and a great experience. Will definitely be returning to this hotel

Nice Hotel, Friendly and Helpful Staff

Great hotel! Rooms were in very good condition and were very clean! Staff was always friendly and nice. Had an issue with our key cards, staff worked very diligently to fix the issue and resolve it for us as quickly as possible.

Too far from strip to not be perfect

No hot water the entire stay. Water was Luke warm.. With shower only no bathtub. Also one mirror that was very small.. Very dim lighting.. Room was a long walk away. Not a good stay for a girls trip.

Nice room size but did not like the layout.

Pros: Nice pool areas
Location: Location ok if you want accommodation close to the airport for early flights out
Unable to get assistance with luggage as no one picked up the valet service phone. Bathroom had no tub, shower only and the door lock was faulty so had to call in service at 0430 hrs to unlock the bathroom door. Rooms and hotel were somewhat dated. Would not stay there again.
