The HRH rooms are so nice we will be back!

Pros: location, out of the problems !!
Cons: restaurants, for such a size of hotel, there's only two restaurants, the Chinese and Pink Fajitas
Location: none !!! except the pharmacy crossing the street
inconvenient bathroom, otherwise its a nice room with good a/c

Nice pool, terrible beds

Loved the pool, the music and the restaurants. Loved that the windows inthe casino tower open like a balcony. The pools are great, where the family pool has sand surface like a beach. The bed are very terrible, they look comfy however once slept on it becomes uneven, as the comforter starts moving around. Finally, i was really dissapointed when I knew that there is no poker tables in the casino.

Pros: Size, pools
Cons: Check in
Location: OK, but off strip
At check in, a non-smoking room was not available. Had to have smoking room for the first night. Bathroom light didn't work. Changed rooms the next day.

Blasting hip hop music at pool all weekend

Don't get a room anywhere near the main pool if you don't like blasting hip hop or techno blasting music My windows were shaking from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm both Saturday and Sunday This this the hard rock hotel?? More like a NYC club. No rock music period Stay away unless you are under 25 years old

By the airport

Pros: Close to airport.
Cons: Some staff to maintain some order.
Valet staff was weak at best. Not organized or helpful. Bell staff took my luggage but did not bring to room. Had to call down for it. Reception staff was good but there were only 2 for 3:00pm check in's. There was a large drunken pool party that spilled into the lobby and eventually all the restaurants. The people were drunk, rude, obnoxious, and falling all over the place. No visible effort was made to usher them out or at least contain them. One girl passed out waiting for a cab. Another man put his foot in the iced beer cooler at the Pizza Forte, while we were trying to order. Will find a more mature hotel for our next stay.

Hardrock

Pros: Love the theme and the shows and the shopping.... Hated the gym which they cut in size from my last stay ,..,, the main reason I chose it
Cons: The gym ... increase the size to what it was as most patrons staying there look to be into keeping fit
Location: Location is okay but needs to accommodate the walkers more
I generally liked the Hotel and have stayed here before 7 years agao ,.,.,. BUT the theme is rock & roll.,,.., and would love it if the pools played that instead of that HOUSE crap booming all day from soul less music. Other than that it was very smokey in the casino and everywhere else ,,.,. left with a sore throat and a disdain even more for House music and DJ's ,..,.,.,
