I would not stay at Harrah’s again. I decided to stay at Harrahs because I thought it was a cheaper option to other hotels in the strip, I made reservations and paid but when I got to the hotel I was charged an additional $50 resort fee which was not disclosed on my receipt. After getting in the room it looked as if someone had been hanging out in the room prior to us, there was an opened bar of soap in the shower and on the sink, there were no cups or coffee, a blood stain on the floor of the shower and no closing shower door. And there was only one half roll of toilet paper which was not folded to a point as most hotels are. The only saving grace is that the beds were clean. I hope this is not everyday practice for harrahs but it was definitely my experience.

Loved that the hotel is in the center of the strip. Makes it easy to move around. Don’t understand why all Vegas hotels charge for parking when you already pay for a room and resort fees. It should be included.

Easy check-in and all staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was close to everything!! The only thing we did not like had more to do with the design of the shower because it made the water spill out.

The resort fees are astronomical ! First of all, local calls - who makes those ? We all have cell phones without fees to make calls. The work out room- very limited with equipment. WiFi is a joke also. $182 for nothing I used. Also it is an illegal act in the state of Nevada that you can actually have waived if you jump thru the hoops to do so. Shame on this beautiful property with kind caring workers to be this way to their guests. Last stay. But they won’t care . There’s others will come and I’m just nothing to them. Yes I asked for the property fees to be waived. One more thing, I wanted to use the pool on Saturday March 23rd at noon, it was 75 degrees and sunny. It was closed - inquired about it at the front desk via the poolside phone. The staff said “it’s closed !!!” and slammed the phone in my ear. Disappointed to say the least

Good value for the hotel. The elevators are extremely efficient and the room Was tidy and clean. The smoking on the casino floor permeates, but it’s vegas, and you can expect it to be less than fresh.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. If I gambled, I probably would have liked it even more. The thing that was disappointing was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

This hotel is your classic Vegas hotel. The bedroom was ok. The shower was a slight disappointment. It was pretty spacious but the water pressure was trash 🚮. The shower head had different settings which is cool in theory but if the pressure sucks the settings just get worse. The last thing you want in Vegas is a raggedy shower. I do think you’ll should stop playing and put a microwave and fridge back in the room. Because… be so forrel, I need my late night leftovers. The price was great for the room we got. It gives cute room for a bargain with raggedy water pressure. If push comes to shove I’d stay here again but nothing to rave about.

This is by far the worst room experience. I’ve had when I walked into the room which was supposed to be poolside. The view was the rooftop of other buildings and mechanical on top of the building. To make matters worse the bedsheets has stains on them, and upon looking closely, they were actually looked like blood stains. I asked the Housekeeping to change the sheets it’s been over three hours and there’s no one here. I have called them again and I still don’t see housekeeping person coming to change the bedsheets. see picture!

The only issue we had was the strong smell of smoke everywhere we went. Even in our room. Our room was beautiful, clean, well maintained, and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful. I just wish the smoke would ventilate better.

We were disappointed that there was no microwave or coffee maker with supplies in the room. We also had to ask for additional paper cups. The room was supplied with only two for a three day stay.

Great location however this property is old, dated, and in need of a serious renovation. The rooms are very tired looking, damaged furniture, no mini refrigerator and very highly priced. There was also heavy smoking and intoxicated persons in the hallways and elevators and a lot of late night noise. Cleaning staff were remarkable.

First of all, we never had room service to change our linens until day three when I asked for a couple of towels. We were never given hand towels to begin with. The plug-ins on either side of the bed did not work. The lamp on the desktop was broken and did not work. I also had to ask to have our garbage emptied after three days as well. The only plus was I had a beautiful beautiful view of the sphere from my hotel room window.

This was not a good stay. First, my key card did not work, so I had to wait 15–30 minutes for a service technician to arrive to get the lock to work. Once I was able to get in the room, Harrah’s appeared to have not serviced my bathroom between me checking in and the people before me checking out, so the bathroom was disgusting and had no toilet paper. The good news is that service staff was friendly and accommodating to my request to remedy the situation, but it was pretty disappointing having to ask them to do something they should’ve done on their own before I got there. After that, the stay was as expected and uneventful.

Horrible stay, dirty sink, the water in shower came up the drain when showering, booked a pool view room and did not get that room. No view. Room smelled bad. A/C ventilation was hanging off the wall.

Everything was fine other than when we saw how low our bed was I called the front desk to ask about it and was told “that’s the style”. Once the morning came and I went to take a shower and saw an attached chair we realized the room was an accessible room. A little inconvenient and didn’t like the dishonesty of the front desk.l, another left a bad taste in my mouth.
