Thank you for feedback, I am sorry that you experienced the pool being heated. Due to our pool being open year around yes, it is heated. Again, I am sorry it didnt reach your expectations.

Rented a room for the night and was given a dirty room that housekeeping missed.The gentleman at the front desk stated he had no more rooms available to put my family in. After a bit he ended outing us in a room that was out of order for some reason.Not worth what I spent for the night ! Refund needed most definitely ! to bad I can not pictures can not be uploaded.

The lobby smelled like a public restroom soon as we walked in. Breakfast was equivalent to free breakfast buffet at most Hilton Garden Inns. Not worth the $15 charge. Was never greeted by the front desk all week as we came in and out. Business center was closed the whole week during our stay and ice machines were out of order on multiple floors. Location was good and housekeeping services were great.

Overall fine stay, but since when is continental breakfast $15? lol it’s the same buffet junk as every free breakfast anywhere.

This property appeared to be fairly new. It felt like a full-blown conference hotel on a smaller scale. Had all the amenities. Meeting area, restaurant, outdoor pool & hot tub, gym. Very impressive. Right on Las Vegas Blvd, far enough away from the hoopla of the main strip. Front desk staff were great. They even texted to make sure things were good for us. Highly recommend staying here.

First off the service from the staff was great. I am grateful for that. They accomadated us and went the extra mile with our room and attended us well during the breakfast buffet. With kids under 6. We prefer convince when its comes to dining options and getting in and out from the hotel. It was a great location! The only reason for less stars is the place is older. The hallways to our room had a smell. But evenso i think we would stay again. For the price, service and location. Can't beat that!

Lovely hotel. It was clean, good quality room and facilities, free airport shuttle and friendly staff. Christina on reception was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a hotel not far from the strip, or if you need to stay close to the airport.
