Rooms and atmosphere were adequate. Front desk Jason could improve his customer service skills. My mother wanted to pay for the reservation using her credit card. She specified that she wanted to make sure that my credit card, used to secure the reservation, was not used. Jason assured us more than once that my card would not be charged. Upon looking at my credit statement today, there is a pending charge from Hilton Garden Inn, for more than the amount I was quoted upon reservation! Jason is friendly but should check his 'attitude' when questioned or hearing a comment he doesn't necessarily 'like'
