This is a very secluded peaceful retreat! We really enjoyed it. The property could use some work but overall provided a very nostalgic feel. Will be visiting it again.

This property has so much potential. Unfortunately they have not maintained it. Water leaks that were not taken care of properly, mold, AC not working in multiple rooms. Ceiling tiles half way open through out the resort. I can see why the ritz closed the doors on this place. SO much potential, poor management. 1 star for everything except the views.

I absolutely love Lake Las Vegas and the Hilton hotel is a nice and great place to stay! We went for a couples massage at the Ravella Spa, the Therapysts were great! Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a beautiful resort and the staff is fantastic. I hope that the lagoon gets fixed and the pool opens up soon.

Lovely hotel. Nothing really to complain about except for maybe the bathtub size and the fact that I couldn’t take a bath due to the scorching hot water. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Check in went pretty fast, our room had no wash cloths or hand towels and never got any for the 2 nights we were there. The hotel had a huge convention of preteen dancers with their parents. Unfortunately kids were left to run down the halls making all sorts of noise. Our biggest complaint was the king sized bed, it had a huge revine in it, we ended up sleeping side by side bumping into each other because of the horrible mattress. We really didn’t get good sleep. Next stay will be at the Westin, we are done with this Hilton. I remember how beautiful it was when it was a Ritz Carlton. Now it seems like Hilton doesn’t do any maintenance. Hot water takes forever to the faucet, almost everything needs to be painted, our room needs a deep cleaning. The best part of the hotel is that it connects to the Village but even the Village is a shadow of what it once was. Sigh.

The shower was leaking and the carpet on that side was all wet and there’s was trash in the refrigerator. When I told the front desk nothing was done about it and said they didn’t have another room.

The room was not ready when we arrived and we arrived over an hour later, BUT they took every effort to remedy the situation by providing us with a complimentary breakfast buffet and a late check out. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience and really made us feel appreciated in their efforts to address the situation. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. We had a suite and it was out of this world! We have been in some suites before, but this one was so comfortable and spacious. It was shockingly nice, clean, and comfortable considering that the price was very reasonable. The surrounding area is beautiful and the food served at the hotel is very good quality. My husband and I plan to stay at this hotel every time that we are in the area. We were very pleased with our stay.

Staff at all levels were amazing, kind and courteous, overall very nice place but could use a refresh, first impression is everything and columns at entrance were crumbling, carpet coming up in corners of room and shower had some mold in the corners but otherwise clean could use some new lobby furniture (old, stains, etc.)

Filthy! Wine glass in front of our door when we checked in, could tell it was sitting there for some time because we could see that the red wine evaporated in the bottom of the glass. Elevators not swept, same trash sitting for days. 6th floor table outside elevator was so dusty that you could read "clean me" written in dust on the table and was not cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed.....beware of the suprise resort fee!!!

We had a very enjoyable time. The food was excellent. The only thing we were looking forward to having a meat and cheese board with our cocktails at the Lounge. We are disappointed with items missing. The breakfast and other apps were great. I was very surprised.

Mixed review on this hotel..lobby/hotel overall is beautiful, rooms need an update/refresh. This is a very large hotel so be aware that it can take a bit to get to your room. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a balcony considering the price, along with the fact that the room needed a refresh. We did have a lake view. The pool was beautiful, however, it was freezing cold even though it was 97 degrees out. 3 lifeguards and no one was in the pool. The water temp was just too cold to consider taking a dip. The gym was awesome and was the best part of the stay. Not too happy to have a destination fee of $29 PLUS a resort fee of $33 on top of the base price of $178 plus taxes. Breakfast not included. Not worth it and will stay elsewhere next time we are in the area.

The location was secluded and far enough from the strip to feel like it was a new Vegas experience. With that, its a good 30 min drive to downtown and that was a bit far but we likes our stay here. Like all places, there were dead crawlies outside and at times i ckukd smell the pesticides. Im sure its the heat. And we were ground level, so we got firat hand impacts.

Unique hotel on Lake Las Vegas with friendly staff. Not impressed with the upkeep / cleanliness of the room. Large property and we were in a wing that looked rejected. Courtyard balcony seating was a plus.

Property is older which is fine but our room was not clean, under the beds were very gross my child found used eye contacts on floor in the bathroom. Bathroom drains would not drain properly after people came to fix it still was not fixed. Food was ok.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton in LLV a few times in the past couple of years. I go as I enjoy the peace and quiet that you won’t find on the strip. Unfortunately, the Hilton guest services have declined and I feel that the Hilton is not providing their staff with the tools and resources they need to provide their guests with an experience they can be proud of. For example, I was there Sept 06-09 2023. It was exceptionally hot out, around 115, and I was informed that the pool area no longer offers umbrellas as they were all broken. It was also made abundantly clear that no outside food and drink were permitted in the pool area, but no restaurant service was available at the pool area on week days unless I chose to go to one of the hotel restaurants inside. I truly enjoy staying at the Hilton in LLV, but if the hotel management can not find a way to improve on the simple amenities such as pool umbrellas and refreshment options in the desert heat, i will find it difficult to return.

It felt like the hotel stopped maintaining everything years ago. The hot tub was broken, trash cans overflowing, pool was dirty with nobody cleaning up towels. No towels available at the pool. Vending machine was broken, could not order food at the pool, shower at pool would not get hot. Our bathtub would not drain and the sheets were dirty when we arrived and it took hours for someone to come change them. Horrible experience

Wonderful weekend getaway
Staff were incredible, the resort is just so beautiful, it’s huge and it would make sense to have more signs in how to get around the resort. It did feel a little outdated and needing a bit of maintenance (baseboards, furniture, door leading to the balcony) but if you are wanting to relax and having peace and quiet, this is the place. Suggestion: Add microwaves in the room.
