My wife and I stayed at this property for only one night (in Henderson to visit family), but it was clear that the room was a step up from other chains at this price point. The room had a full kitchen, lovely sitting area, and a very comfortable King bed. It was quite clean. The fact that a very full breakfast was included, made this property a very good value actually. Maybe that's one reason we noticed many young families in the breakfast area. Kudos to the staff for quickly attending to a bathroom issue that was rectified easily.

Upon entering our floor there was an odor. This smell became worse in our room. My husband tried running water through all bathroom drains as he felt it was sewer gas. That did help some but we also noticed that the carpet was excessively damp. Thinking the humidifier was down as it was mostly all gone this am

Dated, needs some upgrading or service.
When I arrived, they tried checking me in and it kept declining my card. Then the manager stepped in and tried, nothing, she kept getting an error. So she called in and it took her 15 minutes before anyone even helped her. They couldn't clear the error and she called me over and said they were just going to give me my room keys and would bill my card on file when the system came back up. That was 30 minutes to get checked in and there were 3-4 other parties waiting as well. Once checked in, went to the room, sounded like an airplane was landing in our room, it was the refrigerator. It was making a loud noise, thank goodness it wasn't in the bedroom. The bedroom ceiling fan was making a racket and I was a little concerned that it was going to fall during the night. It was moving and shaking and making a strange noise. I was trying to shave, and tried to fill up the the sink with water so it wasn't running, the plunger wouldn't seal so the water wouldn't stay in the sink. I kept shaving and low and behold, all of a sudden the sink was plugged up and the water wouldn't go down, so had to turn the water off and wait until the water went down. The room just needs work, the bed was comfortable and the A/C works great.

Lavelle at the front desk was very helpful. We got in way earlier than check in and he was able to get us checked in to a room almost right away. He was also really helpful re:food and other things in the area. It was clean. Breakfast was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay!The property is clean.Very convenient if you need to get something like food or things you forgot to bring or just shopping because the area has a lot of options for dining,groceries, and shopping.Breakfast is good.I just would suggest for another waffle maker since having only one creates long lines.My kids weren’t able to have them on our first morning because it took so long to get to have one since there’s a long queue.The strip is 20 minutes drive not too far!
