Expensive up charges for every coffee/food, ie Starbucks cost $7 instead of $5 at other Starbucks. There were no shuttles and nothing to do around the resort if you don’t golf or gamble.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a significant concern for me in this review. The bed sheets and pillows smelled unpleasant, and I found a fake eyelash on one of the face towels. Additionally, there were blood stains on the bed sheets. While the hotel was beautiful and had many amenities, the lack of cleanliness in the rooms was a significant issue.

There was a really bad rotten egg smell in the Palms Tower lobby and in all the hallways the second night we were there. Probably some sewage issues. The smell somewhat seeped into our room so we just slept with the window open that evening. Otherwise perfect stay.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa was perfect! All staff was friendly, including restaurant and casino staff. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I loved the atmosphere! Something for everyone, relaxation, dining, casinos, bars, scenic views, etc. I'd stay again!

This was a great place to stay!! My reservation started on the 15th because my flight was cancelled 10 hours before my flight time. The cancellation notice was sent to me by text after midnight and I did not see until I woke up at 7:00am. I had to pay for the room on the 15th anyway. The staff was so friendly and helpful and I do not blame the hotel. Anyway, I will make my reservation directly to the hotel next time and purchase the insurance with the reservation.

It’s nice that the hotel is far from the strip. It’s quieter and still pretty lively. Our hotel room was nice but a bit dirty. The glass on the tables were dirty, the floors were dirty. Upon serving the hotel’s outer appearance is also not the best. I immediately thought “where did we end up??” The outside definitely needs more cleanliness. The valley guys were incredible nice. The check in and check out was fast! Overall it was a good stay.

Beautiful, elegant hotel. Lush grounds. Our room was spacious and beautiful and comfortable. Room could have been a little cleaner, as there was some debris on the rug that should have been vacuumed. Same with the bathroom, as dust was accumulated in the corners and along the baseboards. It would have been helpful to have a grab bar in the shower, as the tile/marble was slippery. But the bathroom was roomy and gorgeous.The light in the walk-in closet was burned out, which we kept forgetting to mention to the front desk. The upholstery on desk chair was worn and torn and shredding. Plenty of lamps located in the room. It was wonderful that there wasn’t noisy heat and AC units. Loved that there were a selection of restaurants in the hotel, however the Italian restaurant was not good. The entire staff, everywhere, was wonderful!!! Overall, we loved the hotel in every way, and would most definitely stay there again

Stayed over Thanksgiving. Great spa. Beautiful grounds. Good location for golf. Didn’t come for the gambling but the casino is unoriginal & clearly dated; overall property is older but still nice. Biggest issue was not being given good advice on dinner for Thanksgiving… was told we would be able to eat. But hotel guests have no preference for the buffet nor 4 other restaurants on-site. Had to scramble and leave the property.
