It's a big hotel with a complicated room set-up, a non- working elevator and many steps, a hassled staff.
Took over 30 mins to check in.
New clerk told us to use an elevator that actually had no access from the outside.
Halls were not cleaned in the two days we were there.
Room was OK but the refrigerator froze everything ( there was no control)
Outlets in room were loose so chargers fell out.
