Outdated rooms and cockroaches

When I arrived, Michael checked me in and was very friendly. I asked for a jacuzzi in my room and he complied. After I went up to drop things off before work, I noticed it was too close to the elevator. After going back down to leave, I asked Michael if I could have a room more quiet that was away from the elevator. Michael put me in another room and I told him I would move after I got back from work. After work, I went my new room which was literally across from the first room but the layout was awesome so I was happy. I soon began to notice that the bathtub was dripping a lot of water but I was too tired to care and just shut the door. After a bath, I went to the vending machine looking for water. When I got back to my room I noticed the door did not shut and just pushed open. Then the next day when I went into the bathroom a cockroach was crawling all over the walls. I was completely freaked out but I had to get ready to meet the workers at my condo. As soon as I got back, I noticed the door was easily pushed open again so I called the front desk to complain about all the issues. The so called manager gave me a horrible attitude and did not care about the problems I was having. She made rude comments and treated me like it was my fault. I got moved every day into other rooms including on Thanksgiving Day without any reason why. This was a horrible experience with problems in every room I went in. Accommodating me to them was moving me around with service animals. Thats it.
