The pool and hot tub weren't working. Our bed was hard and warped outward. We didn't have hot water in the shower, however when I notified them about the shower, they had it fixed within a couple hours.

I booked double beds however, only got a king. I was told by the front desk that Expedia always double books, and since they were sold out, there was nothing that they could do. The reservation was made for 4 guests and it was impossible for my husband and I to sleep on the pullout couch, which is clearly a single user only bed. We ended up sleeping on the floor for a $200 plus a night booking. Not to mention the key to the room was constantly malfunctioning and requires many tries to open. The saving grace was the hotel front staff. Jason was amazingly nice even though this was beyond his control. However, he could have offered a discounted rate which would have saved the day.

I felt that the property could have been better maintained … there were broken handles on the bathroom door and and a huge buildup of calcium deposits and standing water in the tub…on a positive note, the staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful.

Security door was unlocked and broken 24/7. Room 111 is a dog friendly room but the room was beyond stinky! We asked for a new room and moved in. It was much better. But the room was in sad shape. Toilet handle was cracked and nearly falling off. Tub was missing most of the enamel covering and was dirty. Doors to bathroom were terrible with old nasty handles. Cabinet for tv and microwave was broken. Ceiling in terrible condition. Beds were the worst thing ever! Hot water only lasted 90 seconds! Door to the room was very hard to open and close. It would jam constantly! I have stayed at La Quinta in other parts of the country and they were okay. This hotel is the worst of the worst. Don’t stay here period!

Thank for having the rooms at the times I needed it. I think it’s about time for new carpet and paint through the hotel gives an unclean appearance. Showers did not have ample hot water. Bed linens sheets,bed covers can stand to be replace they had stains in bed covers. I stayed 4 days 3 nights without room being cleaned. Overall it was 2/3

The room we got 1st night was dirty and even still had garbage in the bins and old food in the fridge. We were able to switch rooms and it was cleaner but had old food in the fridge and dust all over the tv stand. Also the key cards didn’t open the doors, like the doors were stuck. We scanned the cards and the light would turn green but the door would not open like the. This happened every time we went to our room. The pool had a dead bird in it. The ice machine on the 1st was broken so you had to go to the 2nd floor every time we wanted ice. Staff was nice but hotel needs to be cleaned

We traveled with our kids and expected a working pool. The pool was out of commission for our 3 night stay. No hot water for 2 days, then scalding water that we had to have adjusted for the second time. The room was relatively clean but the room needed to be painted and the lamps didn’t work- neither the lamp or the outlets on the lamps. Despite all that, the staff was really nice.

We had to pay a $250 deposit when we arrived in addition to the 182 paid with Expedia for the room. It’s been over 3 weeks and many calls and they’re still “working on it”. Now they tell me it was credited back same day we booked! Corporate was little help too.

I arrived late and was given a room on the first floor which I asked if they had any rooms on higher floor. No we are booked. So I got a key to room 113 and someone was already there. Returned to the hotel guest and they immediately got me a room on the 5th floor. I was so tired I stayed but the noise from freeway was horrible. Nosie neighbors and I made the best of it. The icing on the cake was NO hot water to take a shower. Got my stuff and left to check out. The hotel member did me half a refund. Which was Great but I really was not happy. I have stayed at this La Quinta and I have had a good stay but don’t think I will stay again.

It’s a pet friendly hotel that smells and is covered up by air freshener so much you can’t breathe. The hide a bed is a joke, the mattress on it had to have been 30 years old it was so uncomfortable and stained. The chair and couch in our room had pet stains all over them. We didn’t have hot water our first night there. Don’t stay here!!
