Nuestra estancia fue decepcionante. Reservamos una habitación doble queen, y nos dieron una habitación con una sola cama queen y un sofá cama bastante incómodo, porque según ellos no tenían más habitaciones disponibles. La habitación olía a humedad, la alfombra estaba muy sucia. Esperábamos más de esta cadena, suerte que solo nos quedamos una noche. No volvería a este hotel.

The lady at the front desk is the best. Super kind and even starts breakfast an hour early to accommodate the guest staying on business. I appreciated it very much as I usually miss the breakfast while traveling for work.

Location: There for tennis so really close to darling tennis.
They were doing a lot of updating while we were there. Our room was updated but things didn't open. Drawers didn't open they were stuck so was the closet door. Also the show dripped all night.

not worth the cost

Left a bag there, when i called a couple of hours later, they couldn't find it but somehow found several items that were in the bag. So I have to assume staff stole everything else. Guess thats just Vegas.

Great Place to Relax Away from the Strip but close

Pros: Great breakfast, friendly staff
Location: Shopping centers and restaurants only minutes away. Vegas strip is only about 15-20 minutes drive. Everything is accessible.
On arriving the staff was pleasant, friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly, including dinner at the nearby restaurants, shopping close by and the Vegas strip within a good distance from the hotel. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Location: The desert is gorgeous and it is close to many sites. Better places to stay if you want to gamble.
I liked the hotel and my room. Only problem is it is hard to get to since there is no road sign or hotel sign at the turn for the hotel which is tucked back in. Wasted a lot of time getting to it, even with computer directions. Once there it was nice. Gaudiest elevator ever, but it works.

Good location, disappointing hotel.

Pros: Location was where we wanted to be. The lobby area was really nice and a good place for our family to gather.
Cons: Take a look at the rooms. They need painting and repair and the carpets are really dirty. Not too many offerings at breakfast.
Location: For us, the location was convenient to our family that lived in the area. There were not any restaurants close by.
The location for us was very good )there are not a lot of choices in Summerlin). The hotel itself was dated and in need of refurbishing. The room was not clean, the bedside tables were sticky with coffee rings. I would not stay here again as there is another hotel next door. I have stayed at La Quinta Hotels in other places and the experience has always been good. The staff here was really welcoming and helpful but the hotel itself was disappointing.

Pros: It was clean.
It was OK. The air conditioning did not work well. Staff helped us with it but was not friendly. the beds were doubles, not queens.
