The room was disappointing as the safe was broken, the shower leaked and the view was concrete but I guess someone has to get those rooms even with an over $600 security deposit.

This was our first time in Vegas and we enjoyed staying at the MGM, it was right on the strip where we walked every where and to the other casinos. The room was nice and clean. There was some construction going on close to the wing of the hotel that we were on but that was not really in the hotels control. Other than that we loved it and when we go back we plan on stayng at MGM again.

This property is on of the nicest of not the nicest casinos on Las Vegas Blvd. The location is near everything and if you even chose to stay only at the MGM you would not go bored, with all the options of entertainment and food. The only problems we had were the bed was hard as a rock and was difficult to sleep on, and the elevator at times took forever to go up or down. Beyond those all flaws we had a great time

Valet parking people were extremely difficult and hard to deal with when we got our car back. The driver side window was rolled down and it won’t roll back up so we’re driving back to New Mexico with the window down. It was a terrible situation

On 3 separate occasions i was startled and woken up from sleep by drunk partyers banging on my door like the fbi. Yelling to open the door. Two nights in a row. 2am banging on the door yelling to pee, then another guy at 7am banging over and over and over. Then the next night 2am banging and yelling and swearing on the phone. I callee the front desk to report twice and the hotel did not seem to care. The price is fair, but be prepared to deal with a lot of party people.

Resort is well taken care of but we found it much too big, too busy and loud. If you like the constant hustle & bustle, then stay at MGM Grand. Wear good walking shoes! Check in was pleasant but check out was an hour wait. Tried to use the digital check out, but wouldn’t work. Had to stand in line just to check out with only 3 staff working. Brutal!

It was convenient to the strip. Good entertainment in the hotel. Most staff were very friendly, some were short and not super helpful. Easy check in and check out process using the MGM app. There wasn’t a lot of outdoor seating to relax after the pool closed at 6pm. Ice machine for room was far away. No snacks or drinks allowed in pool so had to spend a lot to eat inside the pool area. Got a surprise charge of over $50 a day for “resort fees” which I don’t understand isn’t in the main price when you book.

MGM grand had to worst shower! There was little to no pressure. It took forever to get the shampoo out of my hair. They also do not provide a coffee machine or a fridge for guests convenience. It was great to check in online and avoid the lines.

Overall I enjoyed this location and will be returning. The room felt clean, and I enjoyed that the sheets were completely white for easy cleaning purposes. I was able to confirm this when I walked by the laundry room with the door open and smelt pure bleach (a good smell for a germaphobe). The staff were all super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My complaints are that the front entrance smelt like vomit and cleaner the first night, but luckily only the first night. The second day of our stay we realized A/C in the room wasn’t working. We called maintenance to fix the A/C as it was 72 (Fahrenheit) in the room, and somebody came up within the hour to help us. They replaced the very nasty air filter and immediately the room cooled down to 68. Finally, the night before checkout day I had called and asked for late checkout at 3pm for a $50 fee. Went downstairs to grab a coffee around 1:30, and got back to my room at 2:03 only to realize they deactivated my key. I had to call security, as my ID was in the room, and waited about 25 minutes to get help. This caused me to go past 3 pm checkout time. I went down to front desk, explained what happened and they waved the late checkout fee, and the $50 extended checkout charge. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.
