Rooms was decent. Sink didn't drain. Loud neighbors. Shuttle wasn't frequent enough. But driver was kind.

Room the size of an apartment which was so nice and homely. Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle every hour to and from the strip. Would go back for another visit.

Horrible staff they were all rude.

I had such a horrible experience. First I was misinformed from a manager about early check in. Then asked to speak to the manager about the inconvenience their staff caused me and they did nothing about it. Finally when I checked in the guy at the counter was very rude. I will never return here and I am going to give them a horrible review on yelp I don't knot how they are still in business. I wasted my money on their facility. I've stayed at a lower stared hotels and received 5 star service they should be rated 1 star

Terrible management

Pros: definitely not. The worst management I have met.
Cons: If the reservation failed, please notify the customer.
I reserved the hotel one month ago and received the confirmation #. I was rejected to check-in due to the credit card was declined during the reservation. However, I did not receive any phone, text, email notification about the reservation failure. They won't keep the room and reject you to pay by the other credit card.

Dear Guest We apologize for not holding your room. It is the industry standard to not hold a room when the credit card is not valid. Las Vegas is a city with a hugh demand for rooms and we can not hold a room unless we are guaranteed payment.

Bad stay.

Pros: nothing
Cons: the rooms are out dated
The rooms smelled dirty, the rooms had ants all over sinks and restroom, went to take a shower and the water would not drain, called and asked about not having hot water and noticed that the bath tube faucets were put on backwards, would not recommend this hotel to nobody.

Disappointing

Expensive and not worth it.. Room was dirty disappointing over all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked the room in October and when I got there for my 4th of July weekend, they said that my room wasn't available. Then they tried to make me stay there with their own rate which was ridiculous. I surely would not recommend this place. Thumbs down
