There was an event going on which we were unaware of. The hotel allows day parking for the events. And it was a nightmare to get in and out of our hotel. We had to pay a per night fee to park as well as a resort fee that I thought was included in the amount I already paid. Overall a very mediocre hotel and experience with awful parking and unexpected fees. Would NOT book again. Only thing they have going for them is it’s a non smoking casino.

Proximity to T-Mobile arena is second to none; New York, New York is also very close. Appreciated the free express tram to the Bellagio. Property is maintained well and the casino is entirely smoke free. On-site dining choices are limited but there are many good options within easy walking distance that are available around the clock.

I loved everything about my stay! So much to do around the area and throughout the property! Housekeeping was very nice and hospitable! Christian really went above and beyond to fix the only problem I had with billing. Mistakes happen! Overall great stay and will definitely return

Great property, love that it is smoke free. Would be a 5 star review except for our experience with one of the pit boss's named Richard. He was extremely rude multiple times and in a casino where hospitality is king, he should not be anywhere near customers. On the flip side, Melinda really stood out as an exemplary employee who made our experience enjoyable every interaction we had with her. Overall we enjoyed the property but left with a bad taste from Richard that brings the overall down to 2 stars.

Location is good and I like their non-smoking policy in the entire property. However, room is very outdated and not thoroughly cleaned (particularly bathroom) on my first day of stay. Stained towels and hair on the bathroom counter and in the shower. Mattress is too soft and pillows are too high and firm. Room is very outdated and amenities are very basic. No mini-fridge, tea bags not to mention coffee machine. Weird design to have one big sliding door to close either the bathroom or the closet. Guest services was good. Fixed my clogged shower efficiently.

This was my third time staying here, & i don't know what the deal is, but their pillows/pillow cases stink. They have a funky odor to them. They have no late night eats, which is a bummer. It's great that its non-smoking.

We stayed for only couple of hours for a transit at LAS airport. We drank the water bottles provided in the room which are usually complementary. We were not informed they charge for these. Got a huge bill for just 3 water bottles. Truly disappointing. Will never stay here

This property was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time here. Everyone that worked here whether it was at a restaurant, front desk, housekeeping, etc was the nicest person EVER! We went to a concert at the T-Mobile arena and it was so convenient staying at this hotel. We literally just walked out the door and walked “across a crosswalk”. The easiest experience ever! My family and I will definitely come back here again for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Thank you Park MGM for an incredible experience.

Love The Chef food truck and Eataly for food choices. Starbucks was super convenient for our daily am coffee! This property is smoke free. It is close to everything and T Mobile arena is just across the street. Fast check in and out. Love this place and will return again.

AC didn't work very well. Not nearly as many places to eat as other resorts. Everyone was very nice. Everything was very clean. The best part was no smoking. Water pressure was awesome!

There are great food options and the casino is nice and clean! The location is the best and I will always stay here when attending events at the Dolby Theater and T-Mobile Arena.

Best hotel we ever stayed at in LV. It was beyond our normal budget limit but it’s location next to the T-Mobile Arena made sense to spend a little more. At check-in they waived the early-check-in fee even though we were 3 hrs early so already we were impressed, plus we were given a high floor overlooking the arena entrance so doubly impressed by the staff. We easily walked and took the free trams to others Strip casinos. My wife appreciated the non-smoking aspect. Eataly is overrated and overpriced.

The park MGM was overall just OK… The rooms are old however, they’ve updated some of the aesthetics but overall still old. I did not feel like the on line pictures really matched what we got when we got there. however, having an Eataly inside the casino was a fantastic bonus!
