Wait until it's totally refurbished to stay

Posted Feb 26, 2017
Pros: Check in area and reception. Buffet and Food Selection Good. Park area outside hotel with sculptures, trees and restaurants, beautiful at night.
Cons: Rooms badly need updating
Location: Park Theatre Park Area outside beautiful sculptures and restaurants.bars. TMobile Arena Walgreens and CVS nearby.
Very underwhelmed, pool is a construction site, rooms really old and dingy was totally disappointed upon reaching our room. Room and bathroom hasn't been touched in any way since they built this hotel, grubby tiles and bath. In room safe, no tea/coffee facilities. Limited TV channels. Self and Valet Parking at this hotel. Pool area under construction. Our package included buffet each day buffet had a good selection and also offered all you can drink (beer or wine) for 2 hrs for $7.99 per person. Starbucks, Sbarro, Nathans and Johnnie Rockets in Hotel all reasonably priced. Park Arena is part of this hotel and T Mobile Arena right beside the hotel. Lovely small park with restaurants located in Park Arena Area with beautiful sculptures a nice place to spend time before or after concerts or just in general.

Great location

This hotel is close to everything. It is right on the strip. The only negative about the hotel is the height of the bath tub. You literally have to hop in and out to avoid stubbing your toe.

Nice hotel almost like a small city

On the Las Vegas strip near everything, nice spa, nice restraunts, too. Even had a cab line for easy access to other places. We really enjoyed it.

Great location and value

Posted Feb 26, 2017
Located right in the middle of everything but hard to get to it since gps gives wrong directions. It's under badly needed renovations but the room was very nice. Next to the t mobile center so beware if arriving during a big concert as I did. Casino was underwhelming. I was there on business for just one night.

Disappointing

Posted Feb 25, 2017
Hotel staff were friendly. Affordable food options a plus, but the physical facility is badly in need of some TLC. There is construction underway in some areas, but the actual rooms and hallways are very tired and worn. Carpet and upholstery in my room was terribly stained, furniture beaten up, etc.

Okay

Does the trick. On the strip, has a casino, place to stay. The room needs a deep cleaning. The hotel smells like cigar as you walk in, it is disgusting.

Nice hotel good location

Posted Feb 25, 2017
Pros: Great location
Location: It is right on the Strip within walking distance of all the sights and things to do.
This hotel is not fancy but is in a great location on the Strip. Yes, the rooms are in need of updating, but they are clean and the beds comfortable. Overall, very good value for the money.
