People were hollering and cussing all night. Cars racing up and down the road all night. I had to leave after two nights and find another hotel.

I give it five stars because of their staff. If they were not for their staff, this property would probably receive two or three stars. Their staff makes it worth stopping here while I’m in the area. There are a lot of monthly renters there however, I have never run into anybody that was horrible. The staff and their security is phenomenal.

Old, a bit dirty, bad area, beat-up rooms, horrific mattress... not sure if any investment has been put into this property in many years. Staff was okay, at least.

So i go to check in and the employee there was not friendly at all. He seemed like he hated life and working there. He also mumbled a lot so it was really hard to understand him. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in sometime. Im sure it was cleaned...at some point. But the price was decent and I also really liked that i didnt have to put a deposit down. So it's a pretty ok establishment if you are in a tight bind.

Unfamiliar with the area... I booked a Non-smoking "deluxe room" and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED‼️ On arrival I noticed that the area was less than desirable and sketchy‼️ But, I decided to check in anyway against my better judgment. The 1st "non-smoking" room was VERY small and smelled like a chimney.... I went back the office and was given room #2 in which the smell of cigarettes was faint but tv wasn't working. So, I returned to the front desk yet again... I was give the 3rd room.... which was just as fu%ked up as the other two but was given no other choice of remedy‼️ Now, I'm looking out the 3rd room window at a damn homeless encampment 🤬

VERY seedy neighbourhood. The place should be condemned. Felt extremely unsafe. Refused to stay there. Hopefully they do not charge me for it.

Could not get in room. Key did not work. Had to walk to office 3 times. Finally they switch me rooms. Neighborhood is full of ghetto beggars. Trash everywhere. Rooms are filthy. Staff is incompetent. Complete garbage property should be shut down.

The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The area has a lot to do such as casinos, bars and dining options. If you do not mind staying a little further from the strip this is a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

The staff here is very warm, inviting and friendly. The property is well maintained. The beds are comfortable. The area has multiple dining options and lots to do. Boulder Station is within walking distance. Great place to stay if you don't mind being a little further from the strip. Highly recommend.

The cleaning staff never greeted you and seem to be in a bad mood. Possible morale issue. Low water pressure and by 9am barley any hot water. People smoking near rooms and the Ac unit would bring the smell into the room. This location should have an overnight security guard. Sketchy area.
