None of our “amenities”worked. I booked specifically the room with the tub and tub was not working. Refrigerator froze all of our food that we brought and the sink was clogged. This place has a lot of potential but doesn’t look like they want to put the money into repair the rooms. When I called to let them know about the tub, they said that they would put us in another room and when we went downstairs after packing up all of our stuff, they said that there was no room available. Their customer service could be better.

I've stayed here many times before without any issues, but this time was different, mainly because of the clerk named Kentrell. My girlfriend and I arrived at 2:45pm and checked in. He informed us that our room was not clean yet and that housekeeping would text us when it's ready. I asked him how long and he dismissively said that he doesn't know and that check-in is between 3 and 5, so it could be anywhere during that time. At about 3:10pm, I went to the desk to ask for any updates and he asked "Did they text you yet? It will be ready once they do." At this point I'm getting frustrated because we wanted to spend time at the pool before it closed at 5. This was our Anniversary trip and I wanted it to be special for my girlfriend. So I decided to call housekeeping myself and talk to them. They informed me that it would be the front desk that would tell me when the room is ready, and not their department. This is what I expected and experienced any other time, as it is the front desk who handles check-ins, not housekeeping. I go back to the counter and this time I talk to another clerk, who looked up our room and saw that it was still showing as dirty. However, instead of just blowing us off, she looked for another room that was the same as ours and gave us our keys. By this time it was nearly 4 o clock. It took this nice, professional woman a total of 3 minutes to get us into a room while Kentrell wasted an hour of our day and pool time. He has poor customer service skills.

The room was beautiful and clean. Only slight wear on the bed frame but did not bother is at all - we slept like babies! Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the security at the elevators for safety. Our floor was quiet - unusual considering it was Vegas! We loved the pool on the 6th floor - chill vibe, beautiful pool and awesome staff. We had no issues finding chairs without a reservation. We loved the buffet inside the Palms. This hotel is not on the strip and does not offer transportation so rideshare is the best option. Also, no close access to groceries unless you are driving. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Beware of properties that are run like low budget apartments. This place lacks consistency. I have booked with this place over 10 times. Obviously because I like it, but over the years the standard and quality has gone way down. None of the appliances worked my unit. The washer/dryer didn’t work. The freezer didn’t work, the dish washer didn’t work the tvs has no sound. It was horrible. Sad part was this trip was so short there was no need to complain for 1 day. What good is it to charge deposits upgrades and resort fees if you lack on service? If the appliances don’t work. And on top of that the front desk staff have very nasty attitudes. And that sucks because there was only about two people who were pleasant and had positive energy and attitudes. Both men. The woman at the front counter have very nasty dispositions and can use some extra training in customer service. At first o thought it was me, then I noticed another resident have an issue with a different lady at the front counter. Before I walked away another customer was having a negative interaction with a third female employee. The attitudes are way over the top. So for me, when I add the entire experience up for a sum total….its a no for me. I work to hard for my money to stay at a property where they don’t walk the unit and inspect them before quest arrival. Had someone walked my unit theirs things could have been mentioned to me and not be a surprise to me. I don’t think I’ll be back.

No proper breakfast or dining options. All the food options are in palm casino resort, which is 10 min walk. Even basic options of drinking water or coffee is not available in the room or in the hotel and their coffee shop and dining timings are odd. Rooms are spacious but nothing else to do in this hotel

It makes me sad to write this review, given I have stayed there before. I liked the Palms Place because it was quiet, and you didn’t have to interact with the casino unless you wanted to. The Palms Place used to have decent restaurant, bar, pool and spa. But what happens when those are gone yet you are still asked to pay a resort fee that apparently didn’t cover the pool which was closed! The Laguna lounge had reduced hours, no bottled water in the room, the spa was closed, and the Rojo lounge was also closed. Apparently, they can’t seem to staff it because the bartenders don’t want to make fancy Starbucks coffee drinks. The hotel was nice enough to reverse the resort fees that apparently only cover internet and parking. This hotel had zero amenities. Internet is not a luxury any more than an electric light switch is a luxury. I had to walk over to the other building to simply eat breakfast and go for a swim. The spa on the casino side was open and is fantastic. Sorry guys, the property didn’t deliver.

It’s our first time to visit Vegas for our honeymoon. I have to say that Palms Place is the best place to stay. This is not in strip but just 3-5 mins drive to the Strip. It’s pretty close to everywhere plus there’s a lot of restaurants nearby too!! Me and my husband liked it and we’ll book this hotel again when we visit 702 again. Cannot reach house keeping and front desk via phone at all. Try calling for half an hour each time using phone in the room when need some help but just keep hearing the ringing tone nobody picking up. Have to come down to front desk just for additional blankets.
