    Property was OK but showing ag. However no recycling program observed Feeling of cheap penny pinching organization, E.G. Extravagant resort fee allowed for only two devices to be connected to the room Wifi. Additional were $14.99 / 24 hours; Even with the 2 devices you had to go through the entire sign in again at the end of each 24 hours. Charge for 1800 calls; charge for using their business center; When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was told it is out of their control as it is a 3rd party provider. How convenient for them!!! and no perks for meals, or anything else. We got the feeling that they expected payment for any and all services that would be complimentary at resorts and hotels world wide that we have stayed at. Cleaning service was hit and miss. E.G. no face cloths left, tissue was empty and not replaced even though we left it out for them. Also we were 30 minutes ahead of the 4:00 PM check in time and the charge was $15 to check in early. How ridiculous is that!!! Paris Hotel and Caesar Rewards is only interested in taking as much money as possible off their guests!!! Don't stay there.

    I checked in early on November 15, 2019. We were sent to room 21308, where we rested for a full days cigar convention. The room had two queen beds. After a few hours we started itching and scratching, but initially thought it was something to do with the linens or cleaning detergent. We didn't sleep then, didn't sleep that night (I mean none) and tried to rest the following afternoon. At 6pm my friend (also physician) woke up startled with a bedbug gnawing on his arm. The specimen was collected and placed in a bottle. Management was contacted. They moved us to an exact same room (#24231) upstairs. Ecolab was contacted, tested the room, and verified it was bedbugs. We contacted Delta and for an extra $500 fee flew out one day ahead of schedule. We scratched and itched for several days as of this incident. What was most upsetting is that I had to contact the hotel for a response regarding this issue. "Risk Assessment" handles these issues, they did not attempt to contact me at all. Three weeks after the incident, I picked up the phone and called them. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR APPRECIATION. They felt it was not their fault, and stated they would reimburse the two nights stay. "WHAT NIGHTS? I NEVER SLEPT"
