I booked a king room and was given a queen. Front desk wouldnt help with a king because i was checking in late. Bianca was very rude and thought I was an inconvenience. Had to call 3 times and wait a day for a tv remote. Room wasnt serviced so i had to call for towels. First time staying here so not sure what goes on.

this was our 5th time in Vegas, it was by far the best, the Planet Hollywood was right in the center of everything we wanted to do, we were on the 36th floor and were able to look out our widow at the Bellagio water fountains. great view of the the strip. be sure to eat at Earl of sandwich, great breakfast and lunch

With it being our first time to Vegas we loved everything about our stay and our resort! However we could really do without all of the people who try to sell you things such as passes. Can’t wait to go back to enjoy the pool and bar area! Cafe Hollywood hands down the best milkshakes we’ve ever had!

The room reeked of weed. I paid for a smoke free room. They have a notice in the room stating they have sensitive smoke detection equipment installed and a $500 fine for violation. I think that’s a lie and question the smoke detection system, cleaning practices and management/staff commitment to provide a nonsmoking safe stay.

Would have been great in its day but is in need of a refurbish. Very tired in the rooms. Was expecting a lush pool oasis but instead a concrete overpriced selection of cabanas and daybeds. Basic tea and coffee making facilities in the room would of been nice 😊

The valet took longer than expected, we should have just self-parked. Front desk was amazing, very quick and easy. Cafe Hollywood was great, the food was top notch. Love the casino, definitely recommend. The concert venue was superior, great show! We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work Planet Hollywood, you guys are my resort of choice from here on out!

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean but smaller than I expected. My room was by the elevators and thus noisy, whether or not the elevator stopped on my floor. This was mentioned at check in but I was not offered an upgrade. The Glass Bar was very nice with good service provided by a friendly service. Ate dinner at the Strip House, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional.

Everyone thing was great for our one night stay over after the Scorpions concert, but 40 parking per NIGHT is a bit ridiculous when one is staying at the hotel. God knows that PH makes enough money, especially at the bars where a shot of Honey Jack Daniel’s was 19 per shot at The Glass Bar. We are locals too.

Arrived early, and thankfully, the line to check in was relatively short. However, there were only two agents working the entire counter, and by the time we were near the front of the line, the line was practically out the door and they never added any additional agents. I feel sorry for the people behind us. Asked about a room upgrade, but was told this is the room that I booked. Of course I booked online so it’s hard to tell what you’re booking most of the time when you’re doing things online, especially when you’re doing it through Expedia. Needed an early check in since we were there around 12:30 in the afternoon so we went ahead and paid the additional $25 fee for an early check-in. Ended up with a room on the side, looking out the back so more or less looking at rooftops and a view of the sphere. Didn’t really bother me that much but since I had asked about it, it would’ve been nice if the agent would’ve at least made an effort to get us a few of the strip. That did not happen. Saw the scorpions, which ended up being a great show inside the theater. Gambling was fine. Cocktail servers were great. All in all not a bad trip but a lotta riffraff on the strip right out front and people try to sell you timeshares.

We’ve stayed at the Planet Hollywood a few times before we have our family. This time was not any better than 10 years ago when we were there. It felt like the hotel is cutting cost for everything to recover from COVID’s lost and maybe they’re not the only one on the strip. When we checked-in, there were only 2 staffs at the front desk but lucky there were nobody there to check-in but us. Check out was a lot busier in the morning. But for the hotel, the wifi was horrible. We didn’t get wifi the first day. Had to call tech support to get it fix. After it’s fixed, it kept cutting off when we need to use it and remember that there’s a $56 usd resort fee per night guest have to pay for wifi and such. So we didn’t bother to use it. We paid for our roaming instead. The room was not updated. It’s the same as 10 years ago. Furnitures were all scratched up and run down. Bathroom didnt feel really clean when we stepped in there. There used to be free water bottles and coffee but not this time. We felt that it’s not really worth the money staying there this time. We enjoyed the Miracle miles mall. A few good restaurants in there and my kids love going to ABC stores. Very convenient to have. Overall, we didn’t enjoy the hotel as much as we wanted to but we made the most out of it. We would consider other hotels on the next strip on our next visit.
