Pleasant Experience..

Posted Sep 3, 2015
Pros: The casino
Cons: Whomever is supposed to pick up the dishes from room service needs to pick the dishes up in a more timely manner once the guest sits out the tray.
Location: It's the strip, its plenty to do...
While Planet Hollywood was not my first choice (MGM) I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed my stay and I loved the casino.

Pros: Casino
Cons: Upgrade the room, furniture, TV, and bathroom.
I made a reservation for two nights but stayed there just for one night. I don't think this hotel is 4 Star. It should be 3 or 3.5. The room is dark, furniture is old, bathroom is not updated... If you're used to other 4 Star hotels in Las Vegas, avoid this one.

Hotel súper bien ubicado en el strip.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, una ventaja fue que el desayuno incluía crédito en Starbucks, tanto el check in como el check out fueron muy rápidos.
Cons: La cama y almohadas estuvieron incómodas.
Location: The Strip, Miracle Mile Shops, Earl of Sandwich, Cosmopolitan, Walgreens, M&M World, Coca Cola Store
Todo el personal fue muy amable, el desayuno incluido era crédito en Starbucks, así que pudimos desayunar de forma súper práctica. La estancia fue cómoda y práctica.

Last night of vacation

Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: That it was in the casino.
Cons: The lighting and use lighter colors for the bedding to brighten the room up.
Location: Right on the strip.
I had the pleasure of staying at many hotels over the past couple of weeks. The staff was very nice and helpful. I rated the rest on 3 only because the room was very dark. The lighting was not good and some of the outlets did not work.

Clean hotel with a mall

Posted Aug 30, 2015
It was a nice hotel. Wonderful location and the Britney Spears show was very entertaining! Would have been perfect BUT used my credit card once!! At planet Hollywood Dailies Cafe open 24 hours. Our server was awful and sarcastic and messed our order up and worst of all my one time use of my credit card there ended with my bank telling me my credit card number had been stolen and was being used after I got home from our weekend trip! Bank had to shut my card down and when I called to complain at planet Hollywood I was left on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected! Worst ever!

My twenty one experience...

Posted Aug 29, 2015
...was really cool overall. Pros were the hip environment, great location, and artifacts in the room. Our room was titanic themed. Cons were that it was not over the top as PH is marketed, facilities were cold, no club, no pool party, and most importantly, no benefits to guests than coupons offered during checkin.

Dreary hotel on Las Vegas boulevard

Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Decor, lighting, breakfast arrangements and general feel to the hotel. It does not have a welcoming atmosphere unlike some of the other hotels.
Location: Central location on the strip but not much of interest either in the hotel or nearby.
Would not recommend the hotel to anyone, it is dark and dreary and badly in need of refurbishment. No escape from very loud music around the pool areas. Cost of drinks appeared to differ at different bars. Exorbitant fees for withdrawing money from ATM . We booked for six people ( three in each of two rooms ) and continental breakfast was supposed to have been included. At registration we were told that an allowance of $18 per room would be given for breakfast which equated to $6 per person which was not enough to cover the cost of a coffee and a cake which does not constitute a breakfast. This would be $4.5 if four people were in the room! Due to lack of explanation we had a problem every morning in Starbucks as different rules were applied by different assistants. Purely by accident we expressed our concerns to the Starbucks manager who very kindly removed breakfast charges part of our stay. Shower outlet blocked up in room 1628 and window blind did not work in 1626 but both items attended to quickly. Cracked and broken tiles to shower cubicle threshold. Total lack of explanation of hotel rules regarding children at the pools upon registration.
