No light plugged in the room or in the hall, dirty on the floor, dirty hand towel on shower curtain, air conditionner not fixed in the bathroom, housekeeping entered in our room at 0810 am, poor breakfast because no refill at 0820 am : no cakes, no bred, no milk, a few apples. No place to share a cup of coffee : the space was taken by some iron shopping space which could make accident. The worst motel since our 17 days road trip..

Big Bathroom. No curtains. Toilet, no toilet seat cover. Overall experience is positive. Friendly staff and easy check in and checkout as well.

Multiple days our room was passed over for cleaning. Received one "clean" towel with a blood spot. Received one "clean towel" that was thread bare and almost see through in a section of the towel. Pool and hot tub were out of service while being advertised available. The black out curtains were so old and sun baked they were flaking off sections on the back. The mini fridge did not work. The microwave cord barely stretched far enough to plug in, had to move the shelf unit to make it fit. The toilet didn't flush well, and on multiple occasions had to open it up and activate the refilling trigger manually to begin filling the tank. The hot water wasn't very consistent, it would cool of intermittently. And was met with a poor attitude from a male counter clerk.

The view of the lake was so serene and beautiful. The room was clean. They had many tv channels available including ESPN and ESPN 2.

I am allergic to dogs and greeted by two in lobby. Woke up with a headache and sinuses dripping and flemmy to find dog hair all over the floor when we opened the door to leave. Not good for people with pet allergies. Taught me to ask if they are pet free rooms.

We stayed at Lake Mead Inn for our 25th Anniversary trip. It was the perfect place for us. It's an older mom-and-pop type place so if you expect chocolates on the pillows and room service, this is not your place. But if you like a beautiful view, the stunning hills surrounding Las Vegas, a simple but clean room, this place is for you. We parked right outside of our room, which we actually liked. The restaurant on site is supposedly good but we were in too much of a hurry each day to take the time for a sit-down meal. Lake Mead Inn is 10 minutes from Hoover Dam and 20 or so minutes from Las Vegas, so perfectly situated. We have used outdoor hottubs in the winter before, but the hot tubs around here all close for the winter because lifeguards are required. The only bummer was the jacuzzi in the room was great, but after my bath I realized there were little particles that sprayed from the jets. They need the jets professionally serviced and cleaned because though housekeeping had cleaned the jacuzzi very well, they can't control residue in the jets and that was a bummer. We still rate the place 5 stars because it was clean, quiet, scenic, staff was friendly, and it had a refrigerator and microwave, which many in Las Vegas don't have. Lake Mead Inn is where we will stay if we ever make it back to the beautiful state of Nevada again!

Arrived after dark and could not find our room. Need better lighting outside and/or bigger numbers on doors. A map would have been helpful to show were the room is from the office. Room was tolerable but far from the advertising price ctures on your website. Pillows! More lumpy than any I’ve ever used.

TERRIBLE - Arrived & turned away! BEWARE
When I arrived I got a text at 9:11pm to call if I was arriving past 10. 9:17 before I could get off my plane I received a text that I didn’t read. 9:30-11pm I called and called the motel, no answer. I arrived at 11:45 pm they were closed. No key code left for the after hours, nothing. I called the after hours manager phone number and was told: find somewhere else to go, we are closed, you will find something easily just as you did this, if you get in trouble call 911, this is just a job for me. I was sitting outside their door with my 13 year old daughter middle of the night. New years weekend. I was turned away, no apologies, cold uncaring, absolutely the worst experience. My daughter was scared and I was scrambling. This was awful. Manager never called, complained the next morning, nothing. Told to call hotels.com regarding my 5 day reservation. Manager never called me.

Nice big room with a gorgeous view
Absolutely loved this place. Very spacious and clean room for my family of 3. Beautiful view of Lake Mead from our private balcony. Price was totally reasonable and really felt worth it. The fella at the front desk was delightful too. Very short drive to Hoover dam in the morning after check-out. Really was perfect for our needs. We didn't want to leave! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A pleasant surprise. I wanted to get away from Vegas and found a charming town. The Lake Meade Inn was clean and comfortable, spacious with a balcony to sit on and a fridge and microwave to handle late/early meals which can be purchased in the office. The next door restaurant, Lighthouse, was perfect for breakfast the next morning. Don’t miss it. You also get a coupon from the hotel. I think I had the eggs benedict. Hotel and restaurant were well priced. Take time to enjoy the town as well, maybe a burger from Dillingers. Everyone here is so nice and friendly. And you can still make your flight in Vegas when you have to leave.

It was nice having the entrance on the exterior of the building vs a long indoor corridor however without adequate lighting there were safety concerns. Upon walking into room knew right away not to go barefoot and in fact bottom of socked feet were back by nightfall. Shower/tub and toilet area was SMALL difficult for even the average size person; confusing when there is so much unused space outside of closet/sink area......one word EXPAND. Also why ha e an exhaust fan in bathroom with no switch to turn it on? While our toddler was examining every space in the room, one drawer in dresser still had clothes in it from previous occupant which made one really question what else wasnt cleaned, sanitize, etc.

Check in was easy. Desk staff was courteous. Room was clean. I bit roomier than other 2 queen bed rooms I’ve been in. Looks like it’s been remodeled in the past year or two. Easy access to our car. It was a nice place to lay our heads for a night while on a family trip.
