Great hotel in Las Vegas

Check in was great. The room was great. Loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Very family friendly. The only reason why we didn't give a higher rating on the hotel was because when asked for a baggage cart, the attendant at the desk was very short with us and said we would have to wait 30 minutes to get one, as if they didn't care.

Pros: None
Cons: Everything
We booked a non-smoking room but did smell smoke and weed in the hallway. Looked at the a piece of paper provided and found out the room we were in is actually smoking floor. Complained and was told due to the high booking, one side of the smoking floor is designated as non-smoking rooms. Next door people kept smoking like crazy even though the front staff told me we are in the designated as non-smoking room. Asked for a different non-smoking room and were told there is no room leftover. Later, moved to a non-smoking floor.

Pros: The quiet, convenience to the Convention Center and the friendly staff both at check in/check out and the very friendly maid service. Would return.
Cons: We were in room # 606 and the rug should have been replaced as the #1 problem. A/C should be checked out as well to be sure it operates properly.
Location: You are half a block off of the strip and close to the Wynn and the Encore. You are cat a corner across the street from the "Indoor Sky Diving"
Stayed 3 nights during Feb, 2017. Older Hotel 2 blocks from the Convention Center and on a fairly quiet street. 6th floor room with two double beds. Hotel staff at check in were not only friendly they were also efficient. Check in took maybe a minute, 2 tops. Hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool that my son and grandson used twice and really enjoyed. Coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, small refrigerator and TV in the room. Y Fy is extra but we didn't use it while there, so no problem for us. The only unwanted noise problem during the entire stay was due to a sports car revving up it's engine at midnight just outside the lobby for who knows what reason... lasted about 10 minutes and then quiet again. Beds are comfortable. Shower worked fine with plenty of hot water. We did have a little bit of a problem with the air conditioning on the one night that it was a little bit warm. It seemed that the A/C would sometimes work and sometimes not, so we opened the window and that took care of the problem. The first impression of the room was that the rug definitely needed to be replaced. If you are a hotel snob you probably won't like this hotel, but for those who want a comfortable room at a good price I would recommend it, especially if you are attending any event at the nearby Convention Center. Nearby Korean BBQ, Mexican, Pizza, Gyro and Indian food just around the corner as well as an "Everything $10 or Under" store for convenience... 100 yards away

Pros: Everything except the WIFI.
Cons: Add FREE WIFI in the rooms.
Location: For my stay it is in a very good location. Eating and shopping near by and it is pretty close to the purpose of my visit to Vegas, the convention Cen
I had no issues at all with this hotel except for the fact that they do not offer FREE WIFI in the rooms, they charge you $9.95 a day for WIFI.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. It was also quite clean and quiet.
Cons: Honestly cannot think of anything to improve my stay. It was very ideal for my visiting purposes.
Location: The famous Vegas strip is right around the corner. The Convention Center is right down the end of the road, so took me 10-15 minutes to walk.
The hotel was close to both the convention center as well as the strip in Vegas, so I feel like I saved a lot of money just on being able to walk and not use taxis or other driving services. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 and everyone I had spoken with was very helpful and pleasant. There is no breakfast, however, there are plenty of restaurants in the close proximity, including a Dennys accross the street. They also required paying for wifi, I believe it was $9.99 for 24 hours. This was no problem for me as I was there for business and not there for the majority of the time. All in all this was a very great hotel for the price!

Pros: Close to the Vegas strip
Cons: Sound proofing
This hotel is a not resort, just a budget hotel, Located close by to Vegas strip, walking distance, When you are in the room you can hear word to word from next room and also you can hear when people talking in the hallway, If you are planning to get some rest after a long day in the strip, this is not your hotel. One more thing pillows feels like you are sleeping on a cement brink.

Good hotel within walking distance of the Convention Center - the reason for my trip to LV. Walking distance to the 'Strip' hotels like Mirage, Bellagio etc.
