I liked the location and restaurants inside the property that offer good dining options. I liked their parking lots, for the Hotel guests. I liked the pool and fitness center.

The king bed was super low to the ground very hard to get out of amd the mattress was way to hard. The pillows are even worse..the bathrooms are tiny. We could hear everything from the room next to us.

The resort charged us an additional nightly fee for an amenities. I would have booked with them directly had I known this. When I told them we were locals they said booking through Expedia disqualifies you from the locals discount!

The extremely loud noisy gardeners started their blowers mowers etc. at 6 in the morning. At 6:20 I called the front desk to complain of this. They told me that the gardeners were contracted so they could do nothing about it. Okay- I'll check. I am handicapped- there was a extremely narrow bathtub combo shower. No handle bars no mat nothing. There was no way that I could have used it. The front desk told me that the manager would call about this situation. I have not received a call. I would never recommend this hotel. I bed was as hard as a rock and scratchy sheets.

Hotel room was above average. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was easy and helpful Sportsbook was great. Staff their were ok. Restaurants were great with really great food at very reasonable prices

It was convenient for the fact we were bowling in a tournament and could stay in the same building as the bowling center. I didn’t like the fact that we were competing in a tournament and we were put two lanes away from a kids birthday party of ten 8 year olds. As you can imagine the excitement of a kids bowling, eating pizza, screaming, running around and sometimes all of them on the approach at the same time was a little distracting to say the least. As for food they have a variety of restaurants, from fine dining, Mexican, Oyster Bar and a descent coffee shop. Also a variety of fast food.

The staff was kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small with no hooks to hang clothes on. There was a desk but no desk chair. It was quiet.

Quick check in and out. Everyone at this casino was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a variety of restaurants. If you're going to play they have a lot of machines to pick from.

One of the few lodging options in North Las Vegas. Given the price of the room, it would have been nice to have an in-room coffee maker and microwave. Instead we had to pay $8 for a coffee at the casino Starbucks. On site restaurants are good. I would recommend the Charcoal Room steakhouse for a nice special dinner.

I didn't like the fact that it didn't have room device or continental breakfast. We had to walk through casino to get to elevators too hotel so you had to walk through cigarette smoke. Pool was outside around back of hotel you had to walk outside and around building them pool was closed. Asked for a desk chair and never got it. Had handicap room with no hood in bathroom to hang towels on and no no shelves in shower for shampoo n soap, the floor flooded from walk in shower. Staff was very nice

The heat was on and VERY hot. The shower had mildew and was pitched a very strange way. It was deeper near the shower head end and I felt like I would fall through. The carpet was very old. The beds were WAY TO SOFT. The staff was AMAZING. bingo staff so accommodating. The security wheeled me home in a wheelchair when I needed help getting to my room. Popcorn from the movie theatre was delicious. Overall great experience. Would book again.

I was told it was under renovation to update, so here are a few observations. Get rid of the picture in the bathroom and install 2 towel bars with a shelf , and think about a safety grab bar in the shower, and while your are there, raise or shorten the shower curtain. Also install better shower heads. Get new beds and have at least one mirror in the sleeping area besides the bathroom barn door.
