We had a great stay! Check in staff was very friendly. The room was immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel. We watched the hockey game at the bar and the folks there were very nice as well. We had a room with the view of the golf course and it was beautiful! We will stay again!!
The hotel bathrooms are outdated but functional and they were clean. Water pressure for showers was good so thats a plus! I am not a casino person but needed a place to stay for an impromptu visit to see family in Vegas and this property was affordable and in a quiet area away from the strip. Convenient shopping and restaurants nearby within driving and walking distance. Overall was a decent stay for my three nights.
Please come visit us again! We’d love the opportunity to treat you to another experience!

It has changed a bit since last I was there. No more coffee in the room, not more tissue paper.
It also looks a bit aged.
I love this proper, I have been staying there over the years, and will continue to stay, but if it keeps been neglected, and deteriorating, I will start looking for another alternative.

I was extremely disappointed there was no bar in the shower. Not safe for a senior. Also no coffee pot in room.

Everything was great until checkout. When booking thru Expedia, I questioned the extra amount due at check in and was told i would get it back if i didnt use the extras. Then checked in and was charged that extra amount which they refer to as resort fee...and a deposit. i again question the front desk and was told I'd get all of it back if not used. Well thats not the case. I was very upset and cursed so understandably hung up on. BUT was told i can dispute...but provided no contact info to dispute.
All was good until then. i charged nothing to the room. Paid cash for everything in the casino.

Overall it was a very nice clean room. The entire first floor is the casino. There is no way to get to your room without going thru the casino. So if you have small kids or dont care for cigarette smell its not the best setup.

We always have a good stay at the Suncoast. Been coming back for many years. However one continuing issue is the smoke from the casino travels up the elevators to the hotel rooms and if you have a room close to the elevators you will get smoke migrating into the room. We did not smell it on Thursday but when the casino was busy on Friday and Saturday we did smell smoke in the room. This is only a minor complaint we have other than that it was a perfect day and we'll come back but make sure we get a room further down from the elevators.

I read that the hotel was rundown. The price was good so I decided to see for myself. You can smell the smoke from the cigarettes as soon as you walk into the main entrance and it lingers to the room floors. I’ve stayed at other hotels both older and newer that seem to have better ventilation/hvac systems. I was disappointed and a friend of mine had to leave after one day stay due to her asthma kicking up.

Suite was spacious and well appointed. Restaurants on property were ok but so many wonderful options to enjoy in the area!! Definitely could use an upgraded ventilation for the casino. The smoking was apparent just passing through to get to our room and definitely limited my interest in gaming.

This stadium-style sports viewing experience will include one of the largest high-resolution, wrap-around LED screens in the Las Vegas Valley. We hope too see you again when it is complete.
It was very clean and well-taken care of inside and out. It was built probably several decades ago, but it is obvious that they are keeping up on things without compromising the integrity/antiquity of the facility.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Red Rocks for a family vacation with friends. The hotel was clean, spacious and within walking distance to nice restaurants. Parking was easy and the rooms were large, I will stay here again!

We had a great at Suncoast. We like Vegas but we like to stay as far away from the Strip as possible. This was our 1st time staying at Suncoast and it started with Richard Sanders at the front desk is the nicest and most helpful employee there. But, we came across house keeping, security and food and beverage staff that was so great it made our experience what it was. Everything was clean, they had plenty of gaming, we even went bowling. The only thing I can ask them to do for our next trip there is for me to win! Thank you for the great experience!
