Wish there wasn't so much smoking on the casino areas. But otherwise terrific place to stay and play.

Nice hotel

Posted Oct 16, 2017
Cons: Only complaint is the smoke in the casino. It was very suffocating. The filtration system needs to be improved.
Overall, very nice hotel. Movie theater, bowling allley, and restaurants are on premise.

It was a good experience. Not so crowded.

The only problem is that there was no Non-smoking area in the casino. For health purposes they should be an area where no smoking just a recommendation. Hopefully with our next visit we'll find a non smoking area. For guest like us we're looking forward to see that area next time we visit.

Hello Alma, Thank you for choosing Suncoast for your recent Vegas visit! We love reading the honest reviews of our guests because they help improve our resort for the future! Although you rated your time with us as five star, learning of your experience while in our casino is unsettling. The comfort of our guests is of the utmost importance to us, so we have made certain to incorporate non-smoking areas throughout our gaming floor. During your next visit, do not hesitate to speak with any member of our friendly Slots Staff when you need to locate any of these smoke-free areas.

Spacious rooms

Posted Oct 12, 2017
Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: There is only one shop.
Location: You have Valley of Fire, Red Rock, Mt. Charleston on days off from visiting the strip and that surrounding area.
You walk into large rooms, large bathrooms and nice sitting area. One doesn't have to leave the building, its all there on site; movie theater, several eateries, casino, pool, hot tub, etc.

Great hotel

Posted Oct 12, 2017
Pros: Numerous eateries and huge rooms.
Cons: Pillows too soft.
Location: We all stayed there for a wedding and it was perfectly located.
Everything you need is there, numerous eateries, movie theater, shopping, gambling etc. The rooms and bathrooms are huge, there is no getting around that and I didn't have the most expensive rooms.

A nice stay, but nowhere near the airport

Posted Oct 10, 2017
I chose this hotel due in part because it offered an airport shuttle. However what I did not realize when booking this through Expedia is that they charge a $14.99 per day "Resort Fee" that I was unaware of. I may have missed it but be prepared, as it came as a surprise to me. More importantly it is nowhere near the airport or the Strip which I had assumed it was. That was my fault for not mapping and confirming the location. There is no shuttle to the main strip. There is however a public access transportation via the bus line WAX that will take you to the Tropicana only. This also stops running around midnight though, so they kind of want you to stay there. Checking in was a breeze, however you have to run the gauntlet through the Casino to get to the elevators to get to your room and they didn't do a great job of greeting us or providing bell service although it did appear to be available. I did not notice carts for public use. There is lots of self serve parking. We made the mistake of going to the parking Garage instead of the parking closer on the main casino level. If you use the wrong one, you will have a long way to go and get your car. There is lots to do OTHER than gambling here. They have their own multi-screen movie theatre, bowling alley and arcade. There are also multiple on site restaurants including a subway. We didn't eat here for multiple reasons including some poor reviews of the buffet, and thought prices would be better elsewhere

Pros: Location
Cons: Beds/bedding
Location: Tivoli village with shops, restaurants and galleries.
Away from strip but near all the amenities. Staff very nice. Room nice size. The bed was hard and bathroom did not have venting/ fans but overall good value.

Excellent Service, Very Clean Room, the only downside was the 'Business Center' a computer on a table in a hallway that required a credit card to print a boarding pass.

Nice Hotel and very reasonable

Nice Location. Great Staff. The room a 3.5, but the Real deal is food and alcohol prices. Make sure you get a player's card. $5.00 Off the 17.99 prime rib buffet.
