Probably the cheapest motel in the area but you get what you pay for. The whole place smells of smoke even though the whole motel is non smoking. My door frame was falling off so it was really difficult to open, shut, and lock the door - for a minute I was worried I would not be able to lock my door as a woman alone in a dingy motel off the Vegas strip! There is no overhead light so the light switch inside doesn't work and I had to prop the door open to find a lamp. The lights in the bathroom flicker badly. The room is very cold. It was overall not in good shape but not disgustingly unclean. I got in after midnight and there were several other people in the lobby waiting to check in. I'm not really sure what was going on but each check in was taking 20-30 minutes so I think I was in the lobby for 1-1.5 hours, exhausted, waiting for my room, and I already had a reservation. The people at the desk were reasonably pleasant so I don't think it was their fault but probably a fault of the system. Fine if you just need a place to sleep and your expectations are low but just don't expect anything nice.

Overall not bad, good enough for a night or two. Rooms are basic but clean enough if you’re not staying long. Location is alright, close enough to the strip to walk, but wouldn’t recommend walking at night in the area. Count on waiting a while in line if you are checking in/out as they don’t seem to have the most efficient process. But the lady at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

It took forever to check-in despite having reserved a room in advance. Several employees were in the office, but only one was serving the guests, and the line was out the door. It was ridiculous having to wait so long and watching as no one helped out. Checking out was the same, even though all we had to do was return the key cards.

Had a bad experience never staying here again it was so loud at night to even sleep. Also staff charge my card online and in person as well I paid for two nights online the guy in the office said I only paid for one when my Expedia receipt said 2nights. Horrible place to stay wouldn’t recommend

Older part of the strip. Not the best neighborhood. Very large clean room. Smoking not allowed in rooms, so they smoked on stairs, buts everywhere. Smell of cheap weed prevalent

The bathroom sink overflood by itself 3 times when someones toilet flushed. maintence did not show up. i had to soak it up with all our towels. noisy drug addicts slamming doors nd swearing until 4:30 am

THE NIGHT CLERK WAS WORKING SO SLOW LIKE HE HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD AND THE TIME OF WAITING COSTUMERS MEENS NOTING TO HIM. IT FELT LIKE HE IS DOING YOU A FAVORE THAT HE IS IN THERE, AND NOT PROVIDING SERVICE.

Overall it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. The room was ok but then again your in Vegas and didn't really come to sleep anyway. The room was clean and my bed was made and the towels I used replaced daily which I appreciate. The ice machine never worked which I called about and was told to use the one at the bar next door which I thought was absurd. The staff was nice, the surrounding area is shady with a plethora of unsavory characters to be seen at all hours of the day and night. You simply get what you pay for. Other than that it was ok.

You are better off paying a little extra
From the beginning my trip was garbage I stood outside on the sidewalk almost having a nervous breakdown because I had just spent the last of my money to get in this room and when I went there they told me that they still required another hundred and $125 deposit not the original $100 that I was told I was also told to bring it in cash when I got there they do not accept any cash payments whatsoever so now I was facing getting all my money taken away or I had to pay them more they were not willing to work with me and I was forced to add money onto a prepaid card to another person who at the room did not belong to and that person tried to run off with my deposit after calling the police and filing the police report and informing the office of everything they still refuse to make situation right. My vacation was ruined due to my original check-in I also fell in the shower because there was no non-slip adhesive and I'll be going to the hospital for that
