Ac in room didn’t work neither did fridge. When mentioned to front desk it seemed to be no big deal and we had to repack everything and move rooms to another floor. Do discount offered no compensation either. Big hassle. Came back to room in middle of day with random empty shopping bags /trash in bathroom. Trash was not ours

One of the older properties on the strip and really you get what you pay for. Pool area is on the smaller side. Hotel is conveniently located.

Hotel was decent, not too crowded. My room was clean, employees and guests were nice and respectful. I paid extra fee $30 to check in early. We arrived 4 hours early. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great stay under short notice. It didn’t disappoint, great hospitality from the Valet, Check In, Housekeeping ✨and check out was a breeze. Never needed the Front Desk for anything.

The hotel does absolute justice to the price it offers. The amenities and the ease of access to the stuff in and around the hotel was made super easy with the connection in the room on the TV. On top of that they gave me a personalised Text helper, who helped me with everything I needed to know about the place.

The hotel is really outdated. The lighting in the rooms and bathrooms were so bad. For a young crowd trying to get ready it was hard to tell how much makeup we really had on. We also asked if they had a microwave to heat up our leftover pizza and someone told my husband that they “don’t believe in that…” I don’t understand the concept but people don’t always want to leave the room to eat when we have leftovers in the room. Also, the bathrooms took a long time to flush. You almost prayed every time hoping it all went down. This property seriously needs a little updating. Will not be staying here again.

I just could not stand the smell of the hallways and the casino, it wasn’t the smoke. It was something else and indescribable stench. It had me gagging almost every time we entered the building. Other than that the service and atmosphere was great

It gets the job done. Having the CVS attached to the Resort was very very nice. Rooms were very clean and check in was very easy. The staff would give attitude when gambling at the bar top. They would give you 1 to 2 drinks before getting aggravated about how much you were gambling. I can understand us needing to gamble more but telling us in a more polite way would helped tremendously. I never had that problem at any other place on the strip.

A great location to make all resorts nearby easy to walk to. There were plenty of stores and restaurants. The casino area had lots of slot machines and what was really nice is having a CVS store on the premises.

Check-in was long and awful. The woman who checked us in didn’t appear to want to answer any of our questions. She didn’t even let us know about the pool hours- we thought it would be open until 10pm like most hotel pools. However the pool closed at 7pm. We would have planned our short stay differently had we known about the limited pool hours. My kids were very disappointed!

The toilets in the room to low to the floor. Also, the water in the sinks drains slowly. The shower did not have hot water unless you run it for a few minutes. The room door would not shut close unless you push the side knob in. No recycling bin.
