Resort is old and rooms are as clean as it should. But the room itself hasn’t been updated in years it seems.
Calcium build up around the shower in the room, holes in the door where they tried to “fix” but putting brown wood putty on it but didn’t even bother to paint it white to match the door and the hole was still there.
Room: You can tell the room wasn’t clean properly how it should because there was various trash, hair rubber bands, and lost kids toys found. The room definitely just needs to be updated, maintained and properly cleaned. Size of the room was perfect for our family. King size bed in its own bedroom and pull out couch.
Building: it was a bit run down. We stayed in tower 2. Only 1 elevator was working and there as graffiti on parts on the outside. The numbers in the elevator don’t light up so you have no clue what floor you’re on when the doors open unless you go all the way out the elevator.
Parking: parking sucks. Zero parking. But they do have a garage that had a lot. It was just further away.
Amenities: the lazy river and the pool with sand was great. Our kids loved it. They have a bar and pizza place onsite. We ate the pizza and it was good. Kids liked it. Wings were just ok.
The staff was very nice. Everyone was very friendly. The first room we had smelt like cigarettes but we let them know and they changed it right away and was very apologetic about it.
Shuttle takes you to the store and strip.
