The hotel has nice rooms but are a little tired. The sliding door on the closet was broken and the track was gross. Another strange thing is they do not come in and empty the trash or make the beds or give you new towels. I had to call down for someone to bring some new towels.
The checkin was quick and easy.
I had dinner in the 17 south restaurant and bar. The food was great and the server was awesome. He was really attentive and got everything perfect!

Please accept our apology for some of the functional challenges you experienced inside your guest suite. It is our responsibility to ensure everything is performing at an optimal level, and we are sorry that this wasn't your experience.
Our housekeeping policy is a reflection of our timeshare resort status. As a result, we do not follow the daily cleaning model of traditional hotels. Instead, we offer one complimentary cleaning to visitors staying a full seven days.
Daily housekeeping is available for a fee, and we are always happy to replenish any items you require during your visit.
