Cons: Atleast have a Water filter options.
Hotel was good as it's in the Middle of the Strip so all the Strip attractions were walkable .But few thing were lacking like they don't have any source of Drinking Water, you have to arrange of your own.Secondly they talked about welcome gift which we never got on our stay.

Good Hotel Not on the StripPosted Sep 4, 2015
Pros: No casino, no resort fee, good location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms with mini kitchen. I felt it was good value for what I wanted.
Cons: It wouldn't be suitable for someone wanting a resort!!!
Location: It is away from the Strip but not far from Planet Hollywood, Paris and Bellagio Casinos. All the attractions of Vegas are handy.
I stayed at the Carriage House twice in order to get a tour which started and finished in Vegas. I found the location very good as it was across the road from Planet Hollywood and the Miracle Mile shops but it was not on the Strip and didn't have a casino attached and no resort fee. There wasn't a lineup to check in as I saw at many other hotels. I found most of the staff helpful, especially Pam the concierge. The rooms were very comfortable and included a mini kitchen while there was a mini mart downstairs where you could purchase some food. There are also ABC shops in the Miracle Mile where you can purchase limited food but also many restaurant options. There was supposed to be renovation and also water testing while I was there but I didn't notice anything and the room was very quiet. The bathrooms were a bit dated but quite adequate. There was a lounge and a sitting area downstairs which was good if you have to check out in the morning, but leave at night.

Currently being renovated, will probably be much better once all the floors are updated.

Great option to the casinos - no additional fees!Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Refrigerator, microwave, some dishes, internet all included.
Cons: The taxi drivers complained that the staff left the call light on after folks were picked up; so many of them stopped coming to the facility.
Location: Easy walk to Planet Hollywood and the Strip. Close to MGM Grand.
Attended a conference at Planet Hollywood, a short walk away.

Location was great. The kitchen floor could have been a little cleaner but had a great stay over all. Would stay there again if we go back to Vegas.

Nice hotel with great location.Posted Jul 12, 2015
Everything was very nice at the Carriage House, and such easy walking (even in July heat) to Miracle Mile Shops and then the Strip.

Average Stay and I left the bugs there!Posted Jul 9, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was average. The last day was not so good because i found bugs crawling in the bottom of my suitcase and I wasn't too happy about how the staff handled it. I ended up leaving my luggage at the hotel for them to throw away. I had to find another way to get my clothes back home after I inspected them.
