We are in our 70's and found out when we checked in no elevators. They told us nothing available on first floor! Room had dirty carpet and floors. Had to stay 3 weeks ( no refunds). Towel rack keep falling off, A/c vent leaked and was leaking when We left Not enough to list the rest.

Surely, if the front desk was notified about the A/C vent leaking, something would have been done to fix the problem or we would have been able to better accommodate you. Very nice, spacious, and reasonably priced condo. Convenient to Red Rocks Canyon. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic room. We had a car so staying 15 mins from the strip was no problem. Would stay here again.

Say no to resort fees

Great place to stay. Perfect for what we wanted. The disappointed was the wfi. A we had to pay for it as part of resort fee. And then it was too slow

Staff was wonderful. Location/room was disappointing. Parking was relatively small. View was non-existent. We had torn curtains in the Master Bedroom. With all the pleasant amenities, the toilet was one of the "tiny-low-to-the-ground" ones.

Family getaway

This place is fantastic! Everyone was helpful and nice. We had a maintenance guy swap out one of the TV's and he was cool! Our PS4 worked great thanks to you!

Excellent value, great location

Pros: Value, location, and apartment size.
Cons: Rooms are slightly dated - but very clean and well appointed.
Location: Conveniently located off of the 215 highway. Numerous stores within a 5 minute drive.
This is a very nice time share/apartment-type resort away from the madness of the casinos. The apartments are large, well-appointed and clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The resort has a nice pool, workout facility and business center. The location off of the 215 freeway makes it very convenient. Great value for the price.

The room was filthy and the solution the hotel staff had was to bring us a new set of sheets for us to change the bed. We had 4 people staying in the room and they only provided two pillows. When we requested 2 more they stated that wasn't their policy to provide more than 2 pillows. They double charged my credit card although they did eventually reverse one of the charges. When we checked in all they were concerned with is getting us to sign up for one of their timeshare presentations. We have stayed at many RCI properties, this is by far the worse.

Hotel is schoon wn netjes, ligt wel ver van de strip 20 min rijden maar idiaal voor mensen die de weg al weten in Vegas.
