Wonderful stay

Posted Sep 17, 2017
Angie checked my family in and she was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and provided all the basic comforts so we had just about all we needed. The salt water pool is clean and was very refreshing!

Nice facility, but - problems

Posted Sep 6, 2017
Pros: Location, good physical facility
Cons: "Oooh, that smell"
Location: not close to the strip, for those who want that, but perfect for everything else - on the southwest side.
Nice room/unit - #1038 - kitchen, living room/dining area, 1 BR, big closet; stayed 5 nights; economical but there was a nasty odor of /mildew (smoke?)- called maint. - did not want to be charged for smoking in room after we left. Mgt. offered a scented spray (we declined); we left the two exterior doors to the living room open to help clear it (in 105 degrees) for a couple hours over several days - no improvement. They sent an 'ozone unit' - let it run a couple hours (we had to vacate - 'health hazard') - no improvement. Asked to move, but it was the only first floor unit they said was available. It was only tolerable because you didn't notice it after the first half-hour or so, but each time you entered from outside - pretty nasty. And - we spent all day out each day. Now - 2 days out - still smelling that from our suitcases.

Safe and frugal accommodations.

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: Quiet smoke free room.
Cons: Bed needs to be better quality, as do the bed linens.
Location: On the west side of Vegas.
Average facilities for my travels, not very comfortable bed. Great kitchen space, comfortable sofa. Nice having the washer and dryer in the condo unit. Pretty quiet part of Vegas, was not close to anything I was doing. Nice security presence onsite.

Ditch the Pitch

Posted Jul 10, 2017
The "hotel" was fine. It was more like apartments, since we learned upon arrival that they were timeshare condos. Management called my room twice to push the timeshare bit on me. I was in town for my daughter's competition and just wanted a place to stay - not a place to buy into. Big turnoff.

Tranquil setting

Posted Jun 10, 2017
Pros: Everything! From the amenities to the way the suite is designed. Matching chairs to the wall decor and the intimate patio size.
Cons: The internet access was a bit shaky on Sunday, but it is to be expected sometimes.
Location: There are strip malls for shopping, working out and dining nearby. A bar where you can play poker or slots if you don't want to go to the strip.
The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is in a peaceful setting. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire area is generally well kept and attractive.
