The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas
A winner of Travel & Leisure's IT List for Best New Hotels of 2011, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is a sprawling resort on The Strip, with 3,041 guestrooms spread across 52 floors and 2 towers. This Las Vegas resort has 5 restaurants offering dining, both formal and casual, buffet and a la carte, with Greek, Chinese, French, and Italian options. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Several bars are also on site, and the resort’s nightclub offers 50-foot ceilings, 4-story LED screens, and a stage welcoming internationally known performers. The 100,000-sq-foot (9,290-squ-meter) casino offers card games, more than 1,400 slot machines, blackjack, roulette, and craps. The resort's Race and Sports Book features state of the art LED video walls for both sports and race, dozens of hi-definition television screens, the latest in mobile wagering technology and a combination of lounge style seating areas, traditional betting stations and VIP areas where guests can view their own 90-inch high-definition television. Guests can choose from 3 separate pool areas, including 1 that is turned into a 4200-sq-foot ice rink from November 25 through January 1 (dates may vary), have a match on the outdoor tennis courts, or visit the 2 on-site fitness centers. The full-service health spa includes a hammam and menu of scrubs, massage, and facials. The hair salon offers a range of beauty services. A business center is on site, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas and guestrooms (included in resort fee).
The Cosmopolitan has partnered with BarkBox, a complimentary amenity for guests checking in with a dog. Each BarkBox will include 4 to 6 natural treats, chews, and special-edition toys for guests' dogs to enjoy. In addition to the complimentary BarkBox, guests will receive a special code to get a complimentary month of BarkBox.
For the sixth consecutive year, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas welcomes the return of The Ice Rink as Boulevard Pool transforms into a winter wonderland high above Las Vegas Boulevard beginning Monday, November 20. Overlooking the heart of The Strip, visitors will enjoy skating on over 4,200 square feet of real ice, roasting s’mores by the fire, tasting seasonal culinary offerings and breathtaking views. This year, The Cosmopolitan is thrilled to add a 36-foot Christmas tree and first-ever tree lighting ceremony hosted by Olympic figure skater Kristi Yamaguchi on Monday, December 4.

Nearby Things to Do
Three pool areas at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offer distinct atmospheres. Of the three pools, 1 is turned into a 4200-sq-foot ice rink which overlooks The Strip and will include roasting s'mores by the fire and more. The ice rink will be open from November 25 through January 1 (dates may vary). The Boulevard Pool, located on the East Deck, overlooks The Strip and offers music, daybeds, grouped lounge chairs, and occasional live entertainment. The Day Club Pool is an adults-only area with infinity pools, cabanas, and a lounge-like atmosphere; at night, it becomes an extension of the nightclub. The Bamboo Pool is more laidback, with a quieter environment, plentiful umbrellas and lounge chairs, and poolside spa treatments. During the autumn season, the Bamboo Pool and the Overlook Grill are open daily from morning until late afternoon and the Boulevard Pool is open from morning until sunset (excluding nighttime events).
Both of the towers at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas have their own fitness centers. The 5,250-square-foot West Tower Fitness Area, located on the 14th floor, offers lockers and a lounge area, treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, a boxing training studio, a tennis court, and group classes. The 24-hour fitness center in the East Tower, located on the 15th floor, offers 2,087 square feet of cardio and strength equipment, stretching space, and lockers.

Sahra Spa & Hammam is decorated in serene tones of white and silver. Long hallways are edged by canyon-inspired textured walls. The Space Between, the spa’s lounge, echoes with the sound of waterfalls, while the steam room is adapted for a desert environment, filled a refreshing cool mist. The hammam offers steam, cooling baths, and scrubs as well as a heated stone slab where guests can recline and relax. The holistic spa menu includes a range of massage, hair treatments, reflexology, exfoliation and body scrubs, and baths. Saharan Spa is open from 7 AM until 8 PM.
