Good location on the strip.Posted Aug 29, 2015
Cons: The pool is associated with the nightclub. Certainly not a place for kids! When the club isn't open the pool closes early at 6pm!
The hotel has a very 50 Shades theme. Rooms were small but well appointed. Giada's restaurant is a plus.

Noisy hotel in a great locationPosted Aug 28, 2015
Let me first day this hotel is in a great location(center strip),employees were very nice and breakfast (compliments of Giada's)was great. Unfortunately this hotel is also very loud, very dark(including room, hallways and especially going to the pool area) And had a bunch of little "blips" (barking dogs, hotel key not working on more than one occasion).

21st birthday tripPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: The staff, the decor, the cleanliness, and the proximity to the strip. Also, the pool area is beautiful.
I can't say enough good things about the staff at The Cromwell. They made sure we were comfortable and happy, and the concierge service was outstanding. The level of service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!

FINALLY A BOUTIQUE HOTEL ON THE STRIP!Posted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: -decor - shop -restaurant -rooftop pool
Cons: -bell service can be a little lazy at times -guest services slow in getting information across to other services then do not apologise for it.
The Cromwell is a refreshing change from all of the OTT gigantic hotels on The Strip. It is new so it smells nice and not yet smoky and dated, the bar is very pleasant and has a good selection of food and wines. The Giada restaurant is truly fabulous from service to food to scene - a 10! The hotel staff can be a little stand-offish, especially the valet and the guest services so they do need to address that. The hotel shop has some very cool merchandise including Christian Lacroix stationary. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bit of normality within their Vegas trip!

Great little hotelPosted Aug 20, 2015
My second stay at the Cromwell. This is my favorite place to stay in vegas. Luxurious and small enough that you get personal service. No big lines and two mile walks just to get to the elevator. This is also my favorite casino.

Awesome staff, awesome room, awesome locationPosted Aug 17, 2015
Spent 3 days, 2 nights here and we loved it! Staff is super helpful and accommodating. The room was super comfortable, clean, and the decor/set up was awesome. Hotel Casino is overall a small place, but it was great cause it was easy in and easy out. Giadia's a hop and a skip away, and Drais nightclub/beachclub just in front of the elevators. As a guest, we had free access to the beachclub, and at night we went to see Big Sean. Along with our local friend, we got to go in an expedited line as a hotel guest, so no long waits. Hotel has a fitness center too. Just in front of our hotel was the walkway to Cesar's and pretty much dead center of the Strip....overall a fantastic stay. Would gladly book here again!

Nice party hotelPosted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: pool, boutique feel
Cons: getting in to the pool during the day, noise from employee door on each floor.
Location: great location, right next to flamingo and across the street from Caesar's palace. Go see Rock of Ages!
For the most part, I loved my stay at the Cromwell. We had a nice small room on the 5th floor. I liked how small the hotel was and it took just about 5 minutes to get on the strip from our room. What I didn't like was how exclusive the pool was. It should be easier for guests at the hotel to use the pool, and if you're going to put an age restriction, I think it should be 18 and over. However, it's 21 and over and you have to go through a bouncer just to get to the pool. I get the carding and bouncer at night, but during the day?!?! After partying all night, I just want to use the pool and not have to deal with all that. As for the room, I liked my room, but hated the fact that I got placed next to the employee door, and you can hear that door open and close whenever employees have to get on your floor - so pretty much all morning. It was very annoying. another issue I had was using the cabana at the pool.. I get that you have to rent the cabanas and get bottle service, but I felt tricked when I asked if we could use the cabana and was told if I got bottle service we'd be good. Well I did get bottle service, but didn't realize there was a $400+ minimum..... NEVER AGAIN! summary - great pool, great vibe, boutique atmosphere, but just felt duped by using the cabana, and there were plenty of empty seats all around us. Also, request that your room is away from the employee door.

Perfect from checking in to check out. Staff were amazing, and room was beautiful. Tried the pool and found drinks pricy, but surroundings made it worth the money.

Nice hotel for adults..not so kid friendly.Posted Aug 9, 2015
Inclusive in door breakfast is awesome and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is also located at the heart of the Vegas strip. But, the hotel pool is only open to 21+. Although, young kids will have access to pool at adjacent Flamingo

El hotel es cómodo pero las instalaciones son chicas comparadas a los demás hoteles y no cuenta con muchas aéreas de diversión es un hotel como para gente mayor
