I would deff stay here again. I loved this hotel and the pool, and the way the staff was so friendly. Everything was so close by but did have to drive a little but not much. It was a great experience

The staff was very friendly, the food in the restaurants were amazing, my only complaint was housekeeping. I had asked a couple times in the five days. I was there for them to clean my room one day they never did one day they came after asking three times at 7 PM, and one time when I did not ask, they just walked in without knocking into my room. So as far as housekeeping goes and communication with the front desk and whoever runs, the housekeeping, staff was very poor. It was a very nice experience, except for that.

In general, the situation is satisfactory. However, my personal preference is not aligned with it due to the prevalent heavy smoking at the casino. It would be highly beneficial for them to consider implementing an air filtration system or a similar solution to address this issue.

The Hotel and Casino although is not very close to the main attractions on the strip it is Nice and cozy here. Much cleaner than other Hotels and Casinos ive visited here.

The hotel was bigger than I thought. This was a very last minute booking as my flight was missed and I needed a place to sleep for the night. Lots of dining options. I don’t gamble but the casino seemed busy. It was about a 12 minute Uber to get to the Linq Promenade so not too far from the strip but much cheaper.

Staff was rude when asking for a late checkout, fuse blew in the bathroom when using the hotel provided hairdryer, tub was slow draining to the point of being ankle deep in standing water after a 10 minute shower. Much further off the strip than expected.

The hotel seemed to be outdated that what we expected. The parking lot was free but was not as clean. The amenities were outdated and no fridge or microwave in the room despite the room being a “premium” one.

There was something splattered on the side of the box spring. Maybe pizza sauce? And the lighting was very dark in our room and the hallways. No fan in the bathroom? But overall the room and hotel was clean. Great dining options. We were disappointed the pool was closed on our first day there, which was supposed to be our pool day, but I think it was just opening for the season? Must have been a cold Spring so far. I didn’t realized we booked a hotel off the strip. It was inconvenient to have to Uber everywhere we wanted to go but overall the stay at the Orleans was good and I would recommend.

Staff is excellent from check in to housekeeping. The Whisk is a great dining place, good food, pleasant servers. Rooms were not as clean as in previous stays (many over the years). Basically no amenities. Resort fee is unwarranted. Homeless are coming in to use restrooms.

The property was a little dated but they kept it clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Price was very affordable. The only negative was the smoky smell, but it is Vegas, I think you'll get that anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
